The property was excellent. The location was great with a rental car. The house was about 20 minutes from the airport and and about 15 minutes to the strip. The house is in a good neighborhood and close to grocery and good dining. Full disclosure for future renters there are cameras in the back yard around the pool if that makes anyone uncomfortable.

Guests were pleasant, respectful, and easy to communicate with. They followed the house rules in general and left the home in excellent condition. The only concern was that they covered the exterior security cameras with bags without first obtaining the host's permission. This caused the solar-powered camera batteries to drain. The exterior cameras are installed for guest safety and to help ensure compliance with house rules and local city regulations. Aside from this issue, they were good guests, and we appreciate that they left the property clean and in great condition.

This home was clean, spacious, and the check in process was quick and easy. The pool was amazing with the heat. The covered porch area was wonderful in the morning and in the evening. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the pool table. We were in Las Vegas for a pool tournament and looked forward to practicing but the table was not level. This is only a negative if you are there for a tournament. The table is clean and has very nice room. Great for casual play. I wouldn’t mark it down for this reason. We would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our host was pleasant and responsive to our questions. Having a private backyard was nice, even though it wasn’t quite warm enough to swim in the pool.

Very nice. Clean. Charmingly decorated. Only one note to be aware of, the fold out couch is a little small, children sized, and little uncomfortable. The pool will be better in the summer months. Overall, a very nice stay

This place was awesome. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice little touches everywhere. It was perfect for our group of 7. Even though we were too busy to use the pool much, we enjoyed the space around the pool. Also, really enjoyed the pool table. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

We had a great stay at this home! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable right away. One of the highlights was definitely the pool—it was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. The booking price was excellent considering all of the amenities and thoughtful details this home has to offer.Check-in was extremely smooth and easy. The instructions were clear, the house rules were straightforward, and everything was exactly as described.The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean! The attention to detail was honestly unbelievable. They provided all the little things that you sometimes don’t expect in a rental. shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, and so much more. The entire home smelled fresh and clean when we arrived, & everything was well maintained.All of the bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were so comfortable!The layout and amenities were also incredibly convenient. We loved that the TVs were already set up with streaming services, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy some entertainment when we weren’t out exploring. And the pool was a huge plus! It was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was also excellent. They were always quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. Overall, we had an amazing stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place. The home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, convenient, and filled with thoughtful touches. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely keep this property at the top of our list and most likely our first choice when we travel to Las Vegas again!
