Great Location and rental

Host was quick to respond to any question we had upon our arrival. House was exactly as it was depicted and allowed for us to park the rental car in their garage. Location to your typical "guys trip" activities for Las Vegas was excellent as its close to the strip after a 5 to 8 min drive. Orlando was amazing in accommodating the trip and the rental eas more than sufficient for the price.

Loved this 4 bedroom house! It was very well maintained and the kitchen was fully stocked. We stayed during a hot weekend, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool table in the family room was a fun bonus and kept us entertained. The location was idea, just 10 minutes from the Strip. Orlando was great and even let us check in a little early. Highly recommend this place. Thank you, Orlando!

Super clean and gorgeous property

Although the outside was a bit deceiving, we loved the decor and cleanliness of the property inside. The amenities and household items that were provided were so convenient. Our stay was extremely enjoyable, communication was so easy and will consider staying next year.

Work trip- Convention Center

Location was very convenient for us as we travelled to the convention center every day. This was a work trip. How worked well for 4 of us. Plenty of space, had everything we needed. House was clean. We have already booked again for our next trade show in Vegas. My boss said on the way home this was the best rental we have had.

Nice and Clean Stay

Place was nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool table, heater and AC worked well, the living room was very spacious for all our family, my parents were amazed at how neat and organized the place was. We will definitely recommend this place.

The property is close to the strip, downtown and the airport. It's a fresh renovation and had all the amenities you'll need. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the stay.

Amazing Home

I Completely loved this home! It was very nice and spacious, loved the furniture and room sets. The property manager was amazing as well and was easy to contact. Also the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Book this home it was definitely an experience I would do again.

Excellent home

The home is exactly as pictured and everything was clean and put together. We were there for NFR, and the house was close to the strip, the convention center, and Thomas and Mack. The only negative is that the inside of the house far exceeds the outside, and the location is a bit sketchy (but realistically, that's to be expected when trying to stay close to the strip). Also, the water pressure in the shower is REALLY low, so washing a full head of hair would be challenging. Otherwise, the house more than met our needs.

Bday Celebration in Vegas

Overall, our stay was great! The house is beautiful on the inside just like the photos. It seemed to be newly remodeled with good taste (IMO). It’s close to the strip but still about 30 minutes to Uber to the strip with traffic. Huge bedrooms. Three full bathrooms. Perfect for our group of 4 couples. Orlando was communicative and accommodating. Check in and check out were a breeze. Having use of the garage was nice too. There were only a couple of things that kept this from being an absolutely perfect stay… there was a strong sewage smell in the hallway near the washer and dryer. Not sure what’s going on there but it was bad. Couldn’t really smell it in the bedrooms or kitchen though. The road noise was pretty bad at night as well. Light sleepers may need a white noise machine or ear plugs.

Good times in Vegas

House was nicely redecorated and spacious for 8 adults. The kitchen could use a few more supplies like more than 1 frying pan, maybe some steak knives, necessities were limited but plenty of parking, thanks for letting us use the garage. House is clean but is old and has a musty old smell- we used air freshener. Water pressure in master shower is weak. Beds & pillows super comfy! Would be better to get check out instructions prior to morning of checkout. Thanks-
