The property is much older than the photos make it look. All in all it was ok for the short time we stayed. It’s on a very loud street in a pretty sketchy part of Vegas. I didn’t feel unsafe, but between the constant sirens and traffic noise all day and night it was hard to be completely comfortable. It could desperately use some new pots and pans, and more kitchen utensils that aren’t just a mix and match. The dishwasher didn’t wash things well so I ended up hand washing everything. The host was very responsive to the issues we had

House was exactly as presented online and perfect for our family group of 10. It was close to everything you would need or want to do in Las Vegas but with the added plus of having the comforts of home. We were able to cook meals, play games and relax by the pool and we did that every day and evening! Fred, our host was very responsive to our questions and very helpful. We plan to book again next year.

We loved our stay! We visit Nevada very regularly because we have family there. We had plenty of room and lots of things to do and had the best time! It genuinely felt like home while we were there!

Really fun house to stay in with several teenagers. Lots of fun things to do. The house is older with some quirks but that is easily overlooked. The host responds promptly to any communication and even sent over someone to fix the AC within 40 min of it having an issue. Do be aware the house has a busy street along the side of it so if you are a light sleeper you will hear cars all night. Would definitely stay here again with a big group! The pool and outdoor space was so fun!

Our stay included 4 parents and 2 toddlers. The way the house was shipped we could easily put the kids down for bedtime but still be up and making noise on the other side of the house. The fenced pool worked great for keeping the kids safe, and we all loved the covered and gated backyard.

Very local to many restaurants, fast food places, gas stations, stores, Vegas strip is close by, downtown Vegas is close by and Raiders stadium is close by.The house has the perfect space to accommodate your needs, the backyard is such a beautiful space to enjoy with family and the hosts were reliable with a message away.

A/C worked perfect, beautiful property, property as described, we enjoyed all the amenities, all ages loved the game room. Floors needed mopping, otherwise very neat.

The property was as described. The issue was with the many limitations and chores left. No one was allowed at the property but those who stayed. There were chores listed at various locations on the wall. The 1st chore listed was to wash all dishes used. That wasn’t too unreasonable but taking the large garbage cans. The garbage cans were filled. This was not my garbage but i was expected to take it out to the curb. The cleaning fee was substantial and i expected there to be cleaners and didn’t know I was part of the crew. I attempted to speak to the owners about it but he downplayed it and said I was helping them out. There was an issue with the hot water shut off in the bathroom. The knob for the hot water would not turn off. The owner was aware of this but did not share that with me. The very hot water poured onto my head as I thought it was off. There were too many restrictions and expectations for what should have been a relaxing time. The advertisement states you don't have to leave to have a good time but there are limitations as to who can enter the property. I understand no parties but you have more freedom at a hotel. Lastly, pulling 2 large containers of the properties garbage out to the curb to help the owners was not part of the agreement!!

The house had an odor when we walked in and we had to kill a roach. The house was 94 degrees and the bathroom was dirty. There was no game room. It was 2 games in a short hallway. The house did not look like the pictures at all....

The pool, video games and the karaoke machine made this trip awesome for my children ranging from age 6-19 years of age. The house has a way of blocking out the outside world (the area it’s located was a bit sketchy), so it truly felt like an oasis. All in all, my family felt safe and we really enjoyed the house.
