The home is equipped with a cargo lift, which is perfect for limited mobility guests. It also helps get your luggage into the home!

Pooldreamz has 5 total bedrooms - 4 King bedrooms - 2 king master en suite bedrooms - 1 queen bed x 8 en suite bedroom and 12 beds total! 55" smart tvs in all bedrooms. 75" smart tvs in the living rooms. 2 living rooms with plenty of seating and a game room!

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook huge meals for many! Kitchen has oven, refrigerator, 2 ice makers (1 in freezers plus 1 stand alone on the counter), microwave, and dishwasher.

The home is equipped with TWO sets of washers and dryers!

2nd story game room offers amazing ocean views, as well as a 75" smart tv, mini fridge, pool table, arcade game table, and fitness equipment (treadmill, dumbbells, yoga mat, jump rope, and an ab roller).

There is also a desk and chair for any business needs - located in main level bedroom!

All decks are furnished with ample outdoor furniture for your lounging pleasure. The home also has two outdoor gas grills for all of your outdoor cooking needs!

Under the home you will find mini putt putt, an outdoor shower, huge outdoor bar area with wifi alexa speaker, 55" outdoor tv, ping pong table, one set of bags games, one washers game, one ladder toss game, two outdoor fans, mini fridge, and plenty of outdoor seating.

The entire area under the house and back yard is fully fenced for your privacy and pets! It is also beautifully landscaped with multiple palm trees!

Pooldreamz has one hot tub on the main deck overlooking the ocean for your soaking pleasure!

The backyard is built out with an amazing outdoor firepit with 15 chairs surrounding! (Firepit wood is provided for the house). There is also a full playground set as well as a heated/cooled salt water pool over looking the ocean! The pool deck has private gates that can be locked for safety. The pool also has a removable volleyball net as well as a basketball hoop! The backyard also has private beach access.

The home has outdoor security cameras but they are disarmed during each stay. There are no camera inside the home.

We offer a beach package that can be rented for $125 per night. This must be rented for the entire stay of your trip. The beach package includes sand toys, #2 10x10 outdoor canopy's, #2 Frisbees, #2 water footballs, #4 skim boards. #4 bodyboards, #20 beach chairs, and a JBL Extreme 2 portable Bluetooth speaker.

We also offer a 6 seater golf cart with built in Bluetooth speakers. The golf cart can be rented for $200 per night. The golf cart must be rented for the entire stay of your trip.
