Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and access to all four individual units within the compound. Entry is seamless and secure with a smart lock system, allowing for convenient self-check-in at your leisure.

Street parking is readily available if you're driving.

San Diego International Airport is about 10 minutes away.

* Accessibility: Please be aware that the property is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests requiring full mobility access.

* Climate Control: The home is equipped with central heating. Air conditioning is provided by a mini-split unit located in the living room.

* Amenities: The hot tub is available for your enjoyment year-round. Please note the property does not include a fireplace, gym, pool, or spa.

* Noise Monitoring: For the comfort of our neighbors, this home is equipped with a noise decibel monitoring device. It only monitors sound levels and does NOT record any conversations or private audio.

* Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.
