Timber Cove Woodland Retreat - New 4 BR/3 BA - Hocking Hills - Hot Tub

Get away from the hustle and bustle of life and enjoy the scenic Hocking Hills with family and friends! We hope Timber Cove can be a peaceful place of rest and renewal.

Timber Cove is a family-friendly house with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It is a new build, completed in September, 2025. This open floor plan vacation house is secluded and private. We welcome families with children. However, please be aware that no house is child-proof, and you are responsible for your children's safety.

Timber Cove comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

The main floor living area features an open, vaulted ceiling. The seating area features 3 full-size couches for comfortable seating. There is a smart TV, and the electric fireplace gives the room a warm glow. Table games and puzzles can be found in the cabinets.

The beautiful, fully furnished kitchen, complete with custom white oak cabinets and solid surface countertops, has a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, all the utensils you should need, a handheld electric mixer, blender, toaster, crockpot, large roaster, mixing bowls, etc. The coffee bar includes a Ninja Dual Brew 12 cup coffee maker with a frother, which can make full pots of coffee, as well as individual K-cups and iced coffee. We provide starters of regular and decaf coffee beans, with a grinder to grind the beans. We also offer some K-cups. However, if you have a group that drinks lots of coffee or have a favorite coffee preference, please bring your own or extra. There are also tea bags there for you tea lovers. Enjoy meals at the table, which can seat up to 12. We provide a high chair for babies, and the bar seats 4.

The dining and kitchen area opens to the large covered deck at the back of the house, where you can sit and watch the birds, deer, squirrels, etc, as you drink your morning coffee, chat with family and friends, play games, or grill your favorite foods over the Weber grill. If you use the grill, we ask that you please clean the grill so it's ready for the next guests. You will find grill cleaning supplies in the laundry room. There is a wood burning fire pit in the back yard. Feel free to take the plastic adirondack chairs to the fire ring. Please leave the rockers on the patio. The surrounding woods can be explored as well - AT YOUR OWN RISK.

There is a laundry room for guests with a washer and dryer on the first floor. Laundry detergent is provided. We provide you with an iron and ironing board. There are colored towels in the laundry room for use for any dirty or outdoor use.

A beautiful open hickory stairway leads to the upper floor. If you have a baby or young children, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE OPEN STAIRWAY AND TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR CHILDREN. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES. Located in the upper level is an entertainment room. It has 2 futons, a 65” Smart TV, a foosball table and air hockey table for your enjoyment. Feel free to bring your own gaming equipment. There are some toys in the kid’s nook for younger kids.

THERE ARE OUTLET COVERS IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THEM FOR YOUR YOUNGSTER'S SAFETY.

Timber Cove features 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom #1: Located on the main floor. This is the Master Suite and features a Queen bed. There is a pack-n-play in the closet.

Bedroom #2: Located on the main floor. This is a private bedroom with a Queen bed.

Bedroom #3: Located on the main floor. This is a private bedroom with a Queen bed.

Bedroom #4: Located in the upper level. This is a private bedroom and has a King bed and 4 twin beds.

All bedrooms are furnished with bed linens and blankets.

Pine Grove has 3 full bathrooms:

Bathroom #1 is in the Master Suite and has a walk-in shower, his and hers sinks, and a toilet. A hair dryer is provided.

Bathroom #2 is accessible between the Jack (Bedroom 2) & Jill (Bedroom 3) bedrooms, and also has a double sink and toilet. This has a tub/shower combo. A hair dryer is provided.

Bathroom #3 is in the upper level and has a tub/shower combo, along with a single sink and toilet.

All bathrooms are furnished with towels, bath mats, makeup towels, hand mirrors, and toilet paper. Please use makeup towels to remove makeup to keep our white towels unstained.

Unlimited Starlink WiFi provides internet and phone service. There is very little 5G internet availability in the area.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate if you can follow these house rules and confirm that it has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation!

- No pets are allowed on the property.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
- No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, or excessive grease or cooking messes that require extra cleaning are left behind, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
- Feel free to use the grill outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If left dirty and it requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. Grill cleaning supplies can be found in the laundry room. Please use paper towels or dark rags to clean the grill.
- We have added a Foosball Table and Pool Table in the home for our guest's entertainment. PLEASE RETURN ALL ACCESSORIES TO THEIR RIGHTFUL PLACES at the end of your stay.
- PLEASE PUT ALL REMOTES BACK IN THEIR BELONGING PLACE! Lost remotes may incur extra charges. THE REMOTES FOR THE CEILING FANS SHALL PLEASE BE LEFT IN THEIR CRADLES!
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- If you would like to host an event or invite other friends over (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
