Valley View Villa: Indoor Saltwater pool, theater, pickleball!

Welcome to our family friendly estate, the perfect destination for your next getaway! With over 8000 sqft of space and 4 acres of land, there`s always something to do for everyone. Inside, you`ll find a salt water heated pool with a fun water slide, as well as a game room with air hockey, pool table, and arcade games. The full theater comes with a vintage popcorn machine, snacks, and reclining seats for a fun movie night. The house also has a poker room, entertainers kitchen, coffee bar, and wet bar, making it the ultimate entertainment hub for your group.

The layout of the house includes a bunk room with 5 twin beds and a half bath, a spacious living room, dining room for 10, fully equipped kitchen, and a full bath on the first floor. The second floor features 4 bedrooms with comfortable memory foam mattresses and TVs in each room, and 2 more full baths. The finished lower level has a second living room with a sleeper sofa, and a walk out patio with a premium hot tub and gas fire pit.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love our fully enclosed basketball court, equipped with basketballs, pickle ball paddles, and dodgeballs. We`re also just a short drive away from popular attractions such as Valley Zipline Tours, Hocking Hills State Park, Lake Logan, and Ash cave.

Please note that our indoor salt water pool is maintained at 80-85 degrees for the safety and comfort of our guests.

Also, pets are welcome with a $150 cleaning fee; however are not permitted in our pool or pool room. We are unable to offer early/late check out at this location.
Our quiet residential area does not permit parties or loud music, and we have exterior cameras for security at the entry doors and parking area. We do not allow outside guests, other than those on the reservation, on the property without prior approval from us.

House has many amenities but the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property was lacking. Carpets need cleaned due to pet smells, many of the sink drains were stopped up and appliances were hard to use. Our family did have a good time but don’t know that we would stay here again.

We always appreciate feedback. We did have our carpets cleaned after Jennifer's husband let us know about an odor in one bedroom. We have added signage to our double ovens for future guests and talked with our cleaners. We do have vintage sinks with special overflows/stoppers and will add some signage for future guests on using them as well.

The home was very clean and was very inviting. We had an early family Thanksgiving…and our family enjoyed it immensely. The game room, swimming pool, and upstairs play area were huge hits. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. We had plenty of room to celebrate. The beds were comfortable and the bath towels and swim towels were plentiful. We definitely want to come back.

Awesome stay

Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and pickleball court. Booked for extended family gathering and there was plenty of space for the grandparents all the way down to the grandkids.

Family Trip

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Valley View Villa. The house was spacious and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable! We had a great time swimming in the large indoor pool and enjoying the theater area. We 4 kids ages 13 yrs to 1 yr as well as 7 adults and 3 larger dogs - and there was space and activities for everyone. Our host, Rachel, was also very responsive. We had an amazing time making a lot of fantastic memories together.

We had a great time. Kids lived in the pool. We did get a little freaked out when we saw a 5 foot snake by the hot tub and then on the roof, but we were out in a wooded area, which was beautiful. We only wish we would have had the time to stay longer.

This house was exactly what we needed for our big family! The kids lived in the pool and game room, and it was so spacious for all of us. Kitchen is well appointed. Could use a crockpot, but otherwise, 5 stars!!

We rented the home for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party & wow - it was exactly what we needed! So much space for the 10 of us to spread out but great common areas to come together. The pool & movie room were exactly what we needed. The kitchen was AMAZING to cook & bake for everyone. 10000/10 recommend!

House exceeded expectations. Host was very responsive to messages and even shipped a coffee maker same day when informed the coffee maker wasn’t working. Absolutely would stay here again.
