À propos de cet hébergement

Bienvenue à "Salty Corner", où les vues de l'Atlantique et Kure Beach Pier sont juste devant votre porte. Cette unité de coin unique dispose de 4 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains avec un salon ouvert pour accueillir confortablement un groupe familial de 11 personnes. C'est juste une courte promenade pour obtenir de la bonne nourriture et profiter des choses locales Kure Beach a à offrir. C'est un lieu de vacances qui vous donnera envie de revenir.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une chambre soignée à l'arrière du garage avec sa propre salle de bain, une télévision et une entrée et une sortie donnant sur le boulevard Fort Fisher. Comme vous montez au premier étage, vous avez une belle cuisine mise à jour avec un salon ouvert qui a une salle à manger, deux canapés et une porte qui mène à la terrasse pour vous montrer sa vue. À l'autre extrémité est une chambre à coucher avec un bain connecté. Lorsque vous montez au dernier étage, vous êtes accueilli par un couloir qui se divise en trois directions. Tout droit est la buanderie; à gauche, il y a une chambre avec un lit king-size et une baignoire communicante qui comprend une douche verticale et une baignoire. À droite mène à l'espace ouvert et les plafonds voûtés de la chambre des maîtres. La salle de bain principale dispose d'un bain à remous et une douche stand-up, le plan d'étage ouvert tient un lit king-size. Ne pas oublier de sortir sur votre propre pont personnel pour profiter de vos matins! Juste à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée est une piscine pour votre usage.

Parking pour 3 voitures - une dans le garage, deux dans l'allée.
Equipé de câble et WIFI. Non-fumeur. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Location du samedi au samedi.

Christmas 2024 One for the Books

The property was just as described and very spacious. My 83yr old mother was excited that her bedroom was on the main floor with kitchen and living room, the corner property was a compromise but it didn't disappoint!!! Would book again.

Family Weekend

Absolutely perfect location for a family getaway! Walk to beach, pier, restaurants, small park at Kure Beach, Fort Fisher, Arcade, and the pool was literally just a few steps away! Balconies were a nice size and views were great. Lots of room for the family to relax and enjoy. Even a little rain didn't stop us from a lovely weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. But there seemed to be an over abundance of bugs and spiders. We did get a prompt response to our complaint, and the unit was sprayed. Overall excellent location and prompt service, easy checkin and checkout

Great Accomodations

We loved the house and the location. Cross the street and you are on the beach. The ONLY reason I gave a four rating was due to the inadequate cooking supplies. There were not enough larger sized pots available to cook for a group like ours.

We enjoyed the location of the home and the space. The bedrooms were large, beds comfortable, and great dining space. The home was not as clean as we expected, but we are pretty particular. Checking in was a bit of a hiccup but was resolved within 15-30 minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and just appreciated the space.

You can’t be much closer to the pier. The New Years Eve fireworks were right outside the front door. We never did get the tv’s in the bedrooms to work? Maybe we’re not tech savvy enough.

AWESOME VACATION!!

The townhouse we vacationed in was The Miller. This unit was very clean and updated. The views were great. Wonderful people and a great little beach town.

This was a lovely home and perfect location but the 4th bedroom was downstairs behind the garage. I thought all 4 bedrooms were on the main and upper level.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for one week in early Aug. Location of the unit was that allowed easy access to the beach and loved being able to come back to the pool to get a break from beach. We did have the dryer, dishwasher and A/C unit all break while we were there. The responded to our calls quickly but were unable to fix the dryer and dishwasher which led to a lot of dirty clothes and hand washing of dishes for the week. Not fun with 3 little ones running around. The A/C was fixed in within a couple of hours. Overall good trip but the inconvenience of the dishwasher and dryer breaking was a pain for the week.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Deferred maintenance is very noticeable, property was clean. Didn’t realize that main floor bedroom was at backend of garage. Furniture is worn out and stained fabric. Very minimal and cheap kitchen pans, silverware, knives. Walls (throughout)and ceiling (above dining table)need painted. Missing toilet roll holder in master bath and towel hook. Shower glass needs a good cleaning. Noisy location all hours ... not good for light sleepers. Lots of steps but unit was conveniently located to pier/beach.

The location was great but....

So the location was absolutely beautiful. We could walk across to the beach. We could see the beach from the balconies. So in short wonderful. There was 2 garbage cans. One was breeding nets which wouldnt be such a problem but the kids bedroom is off the garage. So all the nets and flies got into that room. Even more nets and flies were in that room due to someone leaving a sandwich bag of deli meat behind the mini fridge in that room. The smell was awful. Furthermore, the ring inside the toilet suggested that it had not been cleaned. Then there was the random guy that showed up to change out the air filters. I dont understand why that couldnt be done in between occupancy. No one wants a random person showing up to do work that can wait. The unit also needs updating. All in all, the location is unbestable, but the price is ridiculous. I wouldve rather had nicer accommodations amd stayed a little further from the water than to deal with all those bugs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the place we stayed, but it needs alot of TLC / improvements !!!! The refrigerator was broke when we got there. Called the maintanence guy to come out Saturday night. He seemed annoyed that he had to come, but we had a lot of food in refrig that could go bad and needed refrig fixed. He didn’t really check out anything in refrig and said we would have to wait until the next day. We had to keep all food on ice until middle of next day. Very aggravating !!!! It was finally fixed on Sunday at noon. Washing machine would not spin out the water, so every time we washed, we would have to go mess with it to get the water to spin out !! Aggravation ! Need some blankets in the condo for the beds. Needs more supplies and utensils in the kitchen !!!!! Needs storage bowls, mixing bowls and smaller bowls to eat from. Also needs some variety of casserole type dishes to cook in. This condo just needs some TLC from owner, .... if he cares about his renters !

First time at Sunny Vacation Villas

August Vacation 2020

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bryant Rental were great to work with...very professional and so easy. The town house was has not been kept up as far as furnishings and needs a real thorough cleaning. The room in the garage was not usable. Between the average temperature of 60 degrees, the bed was not stable and it was not appropriate for children to be that far away from us. The location and the view is wonderful! The pool was really nice to. One of the kids said that they saw online that it was for sale and that would explain it all. We would definitely try another home in that complex.

Perfect location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental is the perfect location. Steps to the pool, just a skip to the beach then a skip and a hop to the center of town and pier. Home was comfortable for 10 except guest on the lowest level had to come up to shower. Washing machine only worked on delicate but repairman came right out to check it. We just had to wash small loads. Everything else was in working condition. Overall it was a great place!

Great Location and Spacious

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this place was great! We booked it last minute for a short weekend. We were able to book for 2 nights, which was a huge bonus. The location in Kure could not be better. Super convenient to all of the restaurants and just across the street from the beach. Cons - The trash cans for the entire complex are just outside the front door. Getting into the townhouse without letting flies in is impossible. Plus, it really stinks. The stench makes the use of the lower deck impossible. We didn't try to use the upper deck, so I can't comment on that. The dishwasher isn't locked down, so every time you open it, the whole thing falls forward. The pros definitely outweighed the cons, but I am sure the other units in this complex are more desirable since they aren't right by the trash cans.
