Welcome to Sea Ya, a 4 bed 3.5 bath property with wonderful ocean views!

The top floor is an open floor plan with living room, dining area, kitchen, and a half bath. The double sliders offer a wall of glass with a huge view of the ocean! The living room has a large sectional, a 65" TV, and a sound bar. The dining table seats 8 plus 4 more at the kitchen island. The kitchen has a beautiful farmhouse sink, touch faucet, wine fridge, Keurig/drip coffee maker, toaster oven, loads of counter and cabinet space, and stainless appliances!

The middle floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views and an on suite bathroom with dual sinks and tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds plus a twin trundle bed. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower.

The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, outside patio, and full bath. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the hallway.

All bedroom and the living room have Smart TV's and the Spectrum app for local channels

We have parking for three cars including a garage and two spaces in the driveway, an outdoor shower, and a large propane grill. The community pool is gorgeous and only 1-minute walk! The beach access walkway is adjacent to the building with a short 2-minute walk to the sand.

We supply the bedspreads, pillows, bedsheets, bath towels, and even the beach towels.

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM

NOTE: While this is a dog friendly property, The Town of Kure Beach only allows leashed dogs on the beach from October 1 - March 31. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from 9AM to 5PM from April 1 - September 30. During these times, you must have on your person a bag or container for pet waste until it can be properly disposed of. Said bag or container must be produced upon request by anyone authorized to enforce this ordinance. You can walk your dog on the beach year round in two areas: Freeman Park on the north end of Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher State Recreation area, just south of the house. In Carolina Beach, leashed pets are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 5pm from April 1 - September 30, and they are always allowed during the off season.
