Amazing property and views!

We had a wonderful day at this property! Cathy was very easy to get a hold of and very informative about the check-in and checkout process. The cottage itself was very cute, cozy, in the bed was very comfortable! The views from the dining room were stunning Would definitely recommend this place to anybody. We booking another stay at this location in the future!

Absolutely beautiful condo. The views from the condo over looking the ocean were incredible. And the condo itself was spectacular. Everything you need is provided. The amenities and communication with owners were exceptional. Will be looking to rent here again! Can not say enough!

Beautiful Cottage

We were so happy with this adorable cottage. We enjoyed the breathtaking views of the ocean from the patio and the windows inside the cottage. We loved having our breakfast out in the patio each morning. Cathy was an amazing host and had everything we would need at the cottage. She also answered any questions that we had about the area in regard to the bike trails, golf courses, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed walking down to the beach each day, and walking around the little village in the evening. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and the kitchen was well stocked. A very relaxing and peaceful vacation!! We will be coming here again for sure!!

Five Star Property

This property is perfect for a couple or small family to stay right on the ocean on the Cape. The owner thought of everything when stocking it, and the decor is super cute!! From the available beach chairs/blankets, cooler, to the abundance of towels and toiletries, the owner showed tremendous pride in catering to her guests. Oh, and what an incredible view!! Lastly, we communicated regularly with the owner and she was always eager to help and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

What can I say? This place had everything; Cathy, the host, spared no expense to be sure my visit was comfortable. The entire process was excellent. I was looking for a place to do some writing, and this was the best choice I could have made. Everything was the top of the line, the view over the top, and after a nice long walk on a private beach, I enjoyed a cappuccino made on her Breville and settled into my work. It was a beautiful experience, a beautiful location, and comfort galore. Thank you, Cathy, I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for your attention to detail.

Mini beach getaway

This rental was superb! The village is quaint and beautiful w quick access to the beach. Views from unit beautiful! Cathy,our host, was quick to respond to any questions or issues and very helpful, very personable. Entry was easy. One of the cleanest most well equipped rentals Ive stayed at in a long time! Bedding, fridge, entire unit. Equipment, coolers for the beach. Outdoor seating on pstio very nice. Again w lovely views. Every amenity you could need in kitchen including great knives and pantry staples. We loved our stay, would recommend and would definitely stay again!❤️🙂

Another wonderful trip to Maushop

Once again, our experience with Cathy’s property was top notch! We have been lucky enough to rent from her the past few years and always loved the location and inside of her cottage. You can’t beat the view from her back patio! The AC unit also came in very handy during a few early June toasty days. The newly remodeled kitchen was gorgeous. Cathy is always available before check in and during the visit for questions, thus taking the stress off of the renters. Cathy, thanks again for a wonderful and relaxing time! As always, it was hard to leave………

Cozy winter getaway

This was a repeat visit for us, and, once again, the cottage did not disappoint! It was wonderful to experience New England holiday weather in Dec while Maushop Village was quiet. We spent many relaxing hrs watching and listening to the waves from the sunroom. Cathy continues to hold the bar high as a cottage owner, and is always there when you need help or have questions. It is always very hard to leave and walk away from the gorgeous view this cottage holds. We will be back this summer! Thanks to Cathy for another memorable experience.

Great place!

Maushop village is one of our favorite places, and we have stayed in several places there. This home did not disappoint! The view is fantastic, appliances and bathroom have been updated, the bed is comfortable and so much more. Cathy (the property owner) was great with correspondance and genuinely wants you to be comfortable in her home. We will definitely be back!

Great Spot!

Our experience was great. The home had all of the amenities we could ever need, even including a printer! It’s location is an ideal central spot for the Cape Cod experience. Our hostess, Cathy, even though she does not live in the area, was available to answer questions or deal with any issues we may have had. I will definitely come back, and insure we stay in this very unit.

Perfect and cozy getaway

Cathy outdid herself as the owner of this amazing property! From booking to check-in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The pics on the website do not do the view and cottage justice........it is even better in person. Cathy was promptly available for any questions we had before and during our stay. We spent many hours on the back porch and sun room, enjoying the serene water view.......it made it hard to leave. Thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful cottage and escape the Texas June heat. We will be back for a longer visit next time!

A Little Peace of Heaven - The Bussells

A wonderful winter Cape Cod getaway.

Although we chose the coldest weekend of this winter, our stay was cozy, warm and comfortable. Listed as a condo, this was more like our own little Cape Cod cottage. Fully equipped with everything we needed, very comfortable bed, nice shower rain head and beautiful views of the water as pictured. A winter highlight was seeing "sea smoke" on Nantucket Sound and bundling up for walks on the beach. Great location to enjoy the Cape. Our excursions for dining and scenic exploring were all between Woods Hole and Hyannis. Cathy was a pleasure to work with and we could easily consider another visit.

Absolutely Awesome Cottage And Community - Start For The New Year!

Thank you Cathy! Just an absolutely awesome way to spend Christmas and New Years - To start a New Year. Quiet in the Winter, D'oh. Not desolate though. New Seabury and Mashpee have everything you could want; more, Cathy provides meticulous 'steers' on the How, Where and When. Yes, you still can get to the Beach for a walk-a-bout. Unbelievably beautiful view from the Sunroom during the day; on the fence line at night. Number 8 Milestone Way is ridiculously perfect in every way: Simple, yet elegant. All the right touches: Wondrous bed, bath and efficient, up-to-date kitchen. I loved it! My Holiday Vacation could not have been better - And now I plan to return. Perfect Family Vacation!

We had the best time at Cathy’s beautiful little cottage. We stayed with our three kids (9, 7 and 5), and loved every second of it. I would recommend it to anyone. The whole village was picture perfect...the blue hydrangeas😍. The marketplace was fantastic (my kids loved the mini putt). The beach was gorgeous and never too busy, even in the heart of the summer. The cottage had everything we needed to live comfortably. I hope we are lucky enough to return. Thank you, Cathy!

This is a Cape Cod gem! Don’t miss it! It’s cozy, has a fantastic view and a great location.

I’ve had a love affair with the Cape for over 40 years but had never stayed on this part of the Cape before. I love the cool nights and the rugged beaches on the Cape. I was hoping I’d love this location and it turned out to be all I hoped for. We spent 3 weeks in this little piece of heaven. The location of the cottage is wonderful. You can not only see the beautiful sound but with the windows open, if you pay attention, you can also hear the sound. Also, it’s near Mashpee Commons with great shopping, great restaurants, the movies- everything you need. Best of all, the owner, Cathy, is very accommodating. She talked with me when I was considering renting the property and answered all of my questions. At every step of the process, Cathy was helpful and always ahead - providing every bit of information one would need as a newcomer to the cottage and the area. Once we arrived, Cathy had everything we needed and as promised. Communication was great from start to finish. The sun porch was my go to place in the mornings. You feel like you’re outside, listening to the birds and watching the rabbits play, but you can sit and enjoy in your pjs. I always read the reviews when I’m looking for a rental. The accommodations can make a real difference in your vacation. This is a jewel of a property! We felt rejuvenated when we left. Treat yourself and rent one of Cathy’s properties! Deb O.
