Récemment rénové, ce cottage d'une chambre est idéalement situé à proximité d'une épicerie, des restaurants, d'une salle de sport, de la plage et de tout ce que Provincetown a à offrir et à quelques minutes de marche du ferry.

Unité peut accueillir 2 personnes.

Le premier étage comprend une cuisine moderne et entièrement équipée, des électroménagers en acier inoxydable, un canapé-lit queen-size et une table à manger de style bistro. Petite télévision à écran plat avec Apple TV (disponibilité Netflix / Hulu) et dans l'unité laveuse / sécheuse également inclus au premier niveau. Connectivité sans fil à travers le condo et le point Echo / Echo disponible à chaque étage pour diffuser de la musique avec pandora.

Le deuxième niveau comprend la chambre avec lit queen Nectar, une grande télévision de 40 "deuxième avec câble et salle de bains récemment conçue. Inclus dans la salle de bain est un puits de lumière dans la douche, qui peut accueillir deux confortablement. Imaginez une douche sous les étoiles ...

Espace extérieur privé avec canapé et barbecue situé sur le pont. Une place de stationnement est disponible avec un laissez-passer de stationnement inclus avec cette unité, mais le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Le stationnement n'est pas garanti, mais n'a pas été un problème la plupart du temps.

Great location, updated, nicely appointed little cottage

First time staying in this unit. Clearly renovated recently, and very nicely done. Hosts were great, welcoming and have thought about everything. Location is great on the west end, easy ealknto most things. . Would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful Home

Ron was a great, communicative host, and the property itself was in an amazing location, with a lovely living room and spacious bedroom upstairs. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place to stay in wonderful PTown

Lovely cottage, perfectly placed to make the most of a visit to Provincetown and Cape Cod. Near everything, but in a quiet location, a short walk from the ferry, the house is very well equipped and has a delightful patio too. Great communication from the hosts. Highly recommended.

Our Happy Place in Ptown

The property is located in a great part of town; just one block from Commercial St and all it has to offer. The unit is nicely decorated with a new kitchen and bathroom. The deck is a nice amenity. The hosts were easily accessible and very helpful with our questions. We would love to stay again next summer!!

Wonderful House

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Ron's place. The house is clean and completely stocked with everything you need. It is in an incredible location, two blocks from the Boat slip and close to Stop and Shop and all the restaurants. Ron was a wonderful host and checked in on us throughout the week to make sure all was fine. We can't wait to be back sometime soon!

Perfect little cottage

We loved staying at this perfectly-situated spot. The outdoor space is private and lovely, and hosts could not have been more welcoming. Super easy communication, convenient location, equipped with fun games, all household essentials, and every type of drinking glass you might need. :D We definitely hope to return!

Location, location, location

So central! A couple blocks from Ptown Bikes, the Boatslip, Joe Coffee and the Stop n Shop. Communication was a breeze, the condo was exactly as pictured, clean, and very quiet. Parking was easy and we loved the large airy bedroom, spacious bathroom counter and big shower with skylight. Wardrobe had plenty of hangars and dresser had plenty of room for our clothes. The hosts thought of everything - place had everything we needed for our week. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect cottage, great location!

We found the cottage modern, clean, and well-designed - especially the second floor, where the bedroom and bathroom felt spacious with high (for Provincetown!) ceilings. The location was ideal, being a couple of blocks from the Boatslip but set back from the road off a lovely landscaped courtyard for quiet. A butterfly or two was always visiting the flowers out front. Stop & Shop, Mussel Beach gym, and the Shipwreck Lounge were also only a short walk away. I exchanged texts with the owner, Ron, a few times during the week - we had no major issues and he was always responsive and eager to help with our questions.

Perfect place for 2 in a perfect location

This is a great place to stay if you want to be 1 block from the action on Commercial street, but also enjoy your own, quiet, peaceful charming oasis. The deck is so relaxing, I took afternoon naps there. Unlike some other Ptown rentals, there's no skimping on amenities here: beach umbrellas and chairs, plenty of paper products, easy to use TV/speakers. The hosts were lovely, attentive and just the right amount of communication.

Cute, comfortable and central!

Adorable cottage, well-appointed, clean, modern and bright. Right in the center of town, yet quiet and private. The owners checked in over text to make sure we could access the unit; had everything we needed, and what was required for check-out. All in, a wonderful stay in a wonderful rental. Thx guys!

Beautiful cottage and central location

We really loved staying at Ron's place in Provincetown. The location cannot be beat - it's close to the supermarket, Mac's Fish House, one block from Tea. The house and kitchen are thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal or head to the beach. The house was clean and well kept and the patio was perfect for grilling and drinks. Ron was easy to communicate with too. Highly recommended.

Best week ever!!

This is a rental that is perfectly appointed with every detail you can imagine. Their collection of art that adorned the walls was intriguing and I never got bored with the detail of each one. Clean, comfortable and well situated to walk to everything while still on the quiet West End. The completely enclosed patio was certainly the nicest patio in the entire neighborhood. The wrap around couch had the most comfortable cushions and I was blessed to grab a couple of siestas while soaking up the sun. The size and the layout of their home is perfect for 2 people. We don't own a dog however they had everything to make Toto perfectly comfortable. A dog blanket and food/water dishes were all there. While we have stayed at quite a few home rentals we are always leery of what basic commodities will be available. So we packed the car with all of the basics from hand soap, trash bags, spices, oils to paper towels. None of this packing was necessary. EVERYTHING was available and all top brand products. Liz's restaurant is a must for the Bloody Mary and if you decline to do Victors for happy hour, well let's just say don't miss it! The Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum were very educational. And if you make it half way up the monument do not give up...you will be greatly rewarded once reaching the top. We never had the pleasure to meet Ron or Christian but I imagine that they are as wonderful as their home. Warm and welcoming. Best in life and love! Tammy and Jeff

Fantastic Property

The property is spacious, for two, and has been updated. It's nicely appointed and we loved the outdoor sitting area. The location is good - just 1 block from town and the supermarket. And, Ron was a great host. Would definitely rent again.

Delightful Stay in this Charming Cottage

This was the perfect location for my husband and I to spend a week. The cottage is updated, clean and has everything we needed (including a great coffee maker…the key to any good stay). The space is ideal for two and the location can’t be beat; it’s a straight shot, less than 5-minute walk to the Boatslip. Ron was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had. It honestly felt like we were staying at a friend’s place! We’ll be back…

Perfect in every way!

My wife and I spent a week here and loved every minute. The cottage is exactly as described in the listing - comfortable, great location, close to everything yet quiet - perfect for two people. We loved that we were able to park our car right there. A bike rack is also available if you bring or rent bikes. The kitchen had all the plates, pots, utensils, etc you could need, and there were some condiments and such in the fridge, though we had brought our own. Check in was seamless and communication with Ron was very easy. He sent detailed information about a variety of things to know about the locks, things in the cottage, basically covering right up front any questions we might have had. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The place is bright and airy but the bedroom has blackout shades if that's not your thing. The bed was very comfy. We loved being able to lounge on the patio with our coffee in the morning and then walk 5-10 minutes to get brunch. The Stop & Shop supermarket is also very close by for those last minute things or getting supplies for grilling out on the patio. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Comfortable and convenient cottage

I had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed cottage. Everything was exactly as pictured, and even though it's right in the middle of everything, it was still very quiet. Ron was welcoming and responsive. This was honestly one of the best rental experiences I've ever had.

Feels like home

Ron's home is the perfect size for 2 ppl. My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and had everything we needed like AC, laundry, speaker, kitchen supplies. The patio and grill were key and we took full advantage. Initially I was nervous about the location bc it's off a busy intersection but the home is located in a courtyard and we didn't hear any of the street traffic or noise. We were also able to walk everywhere, including the supermarket so rarely need the car. Highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again.

Great condo in a central location!

The condo was perfect for us during our recent 10-day stay. The check-in was seamless, the bedroom comfortable and the outdoor space was lovely in the mornings. When we had a noise issue with a deck project that a neighbor started next door, Ron & Christopher quickly addressed it. Had a great time, would stay here again!

Slice of Happy Place Heaven

I've been vacationing in Provincetown for over 30 years and this is by far the nicest property I have stayed at. Conveniently located to The Boatslip, Stop & Shop and Ptown Bikes. The property is tastefully decorated with state of the art appliances, fully stocked for every need. The outdoor area is spacious with very comfortable furniture and a grill. The hosts were communicative and responsive to any need. We could not have asked for a better vacation experience.
