Tannenbaum par le fleuve Condominiums sont l'une de nos destinations les plus populaires avec son emplacement idéal à proximité de la station de ski. Niché dans une zone boisée, ces unités sont juste à côté de la rivière bleue qui passe sous des arbres imposants Blue Spruce. Sentez-vous la véritable expérience du Colorado comme vous détendre sur votre balcon privé à la rivière qui coule en dessous.

Moins de cinq minutes de marche au Super président Quicksilver au 9 Area pic de base, faire une promenade rapide sur un pont et commencez votre journée de ski. Lorsque vous avez terminé de ski jusqu'à la base et remonter sur le pont jusqu'au plus complexe et prendre du recul sur votre appareil. Si la vie nocturne est ce que vous cherchez, il est à quelques pas de la pointe 9 Village et tous les restaurants et boutiques sur l'avenue du Parc et la rue Main, au cœur du centre-ville.

Vous pourrez profiter de votre séjour dans cette, dernier étage ouvert, deux chambres plus loft et trois unité de salle de bain qui offre de belles vues sur le fleuve Bleu. Cette unité d'accueil dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine et salle à manger, ainsi que d'une table de salle à personne bois six. Si votre groupe a besoin de plus d'espace, utilisez la barre de comptoir de cuisine avec des sièges pour trois.

La zone de salon a voûté langue de bois et de la gorge plafonds, une cheminée à gaz, ainsi que deux canapés et une chaise de côté qui vous permettent de vous détendre en regardant un film sur le 35 "TV à écran plat. Cette unité peut accueillir jusqu'à dix personnes entre les chambres, une avec un lit King et l'autre avec deux lits Queen, le loft avec un confortable, connectez-lit double et un canapé-lit Queen. Les chambres disposent également d'un 19 'TV, mini-réfrigérateur, une cafetière, un placard et une commode pour le stockage.

Had a great time! Great location, roomy place

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a 5min walk to the Peak 9 lift in the mornings, 2min walk to the hot tubs, 8min into town. The room had plenty of room for 5 of us, was very clean. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

None of the bathroom sinks drained properly; water would build up from use and take a long time to go down the drain. To check in/out, you have to go to a separate location downtown, unlock a mailbox with your name on it using a given code, then grab a packet with keys/info inside. To check out, you have to go back and drop the keys off in a dropbox. The process is just a little inconvenient.

Enjoyed Oktoberfest

Clean, well stocked unit. Extremely comfortable beds, Great location. Close to shuttle, pool & 4 hot tubs just across the parking lot. The unit backs up to a Beautiful stream. Check in and out extremely easy. Will definitely stay there again!!!

Close to everything, feels private

Beautiful space with woods behind, short walk to lift and town. Our family had a great stay here and enjoyed our time. Things are a little dated, but are charming and all work well. Enough space and amenities for all, really loved the feel of being tucked away in the woods above a stream, but being so close to all of the hustle and bustle.

Good value. A bit of an icy hike with skis to the lift. Path should have been cleared, especially the icy bridge you must cross. Apt nicely equipped. You might want to bring your own pillows.

This was not a ski in/ski out property. This is not a place to plan on cooking meals as the kitchen equipment was woefully inadequate-like no strainer????? This is 10,000 feet elevation in cold, dry country with no humidifier.

Only very minor issues that did not detract form the overall experience. (Minor issues: could not get the dishwasher to work. Tried to call Ski Country Management, but phone options did not include a "maintenance" or "report a problem" option. Sent a text, but no response and did not know if it was received. It was the last day, so it did not effect our stay. Other minor issue, all the knives were very dull. Was a little dangerous trying to cut with such a dull knife. Overall we enjoyed the accommodations. Very spacious and comfortable. Overall it was a fair value for the price.

Family Ski Vacation 2022

The pictures provided are an accurate representation of the property. It is spacious and very comfortable. The check-in/check-out process is also seemless and very efficient. Which is much appreciated after a long days drive. However, there are a few things that need to be replaced. (The mattress on the fold out couch is extremely worn down and rutted, cooking skillets are warped and small and only 1 serving bowl provided). These items did not interfer with our stay and we were able to improvise meal preparation without too much problem. One other item I feel needs mentioned is the lack of a mattress in the loft. What is provided is more like a foam mattress topper. It works okay, but is not really a bed. On the positive side, the condo was very clean and they provided plenty of towels, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, glasses, cookie sheets and even a crockpot. Also, having 3 bathrooms was a plus! It is conviently located across the street from the pool/hot tub complex. The condo is just a short walk (less than 5 min) to both town and the ski lift. It was also nice surprise to find several sleds in the closet for our use. I would most definitely stay here again!

March 2017 Stay

We gathered our friends from all over the United States and went on a mountain getaway. We loved being able to walk to downtown (and back after the bars) or wander around near the river out back. One of our friends tried his hand at some fly fishing and caught two decently sized brown trout just steps away. The apartment was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Parking was the biggest pain, why have a house for ten when you can't fit ten in pretty much any car. Overall we were really pleased but if you are planning on cooking bring supplies!

We are thrilled to hear that, overall, you enjoyed the accommodations - most notably their convenient to location. How cool to hear that someone in your party caught some fish in the stream just outside the complex by throwing in a rod! We do apologize about your frustrations with parking. Perhaps, due to Tannenbaum's walkable location, you didn't notice the shortage of parking all over Breck while you were visiting... But parking is a huge commodity in Breckenridge. Parking restrictions are enforced by the Town and Homeowner's Association and are completely our of our control at Ski Country. However, we hope that you agree the overnight parking fee at the nearby Ice Skating Rink was still very reasonable (especially when comparing what some hotels charge for parking/valet!). We hope that you have plans to return to Breckenridge again soon and look forward to that opportunity to host you again!

July 2015 Stay

We had a great time and the room was good and had a great view of the blue river. Wish there was a iron in the room to iron our clothes and washer and dryer so we wouldn't have to leave the condo to do laundry. Other than that it was good. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful Location but

This condo is nice and open with beautiful location on the River and close to town center, with nice hiking trails right there. Loved that the birds and squirrel came right onto the balcony. Loved having balcony door open and listening/watching the fast moving river. Couldn't get a better location. Only negative is that it really needs an update. Such a great layout and location but could get a lot more rental money and potential if you removed the dirty carpet and put hardwood and remove the popcorn ceiling. Cheap way to update artwork on the walls is take photo's of nature and have them printed on canvas at Walmart for wall decor. Cheap and easy to replace and personal touch.
