L'appartement est mis Ă  jour, spacieux et Ă©quipĂ© d'Ă©crans INSECT et grilles de sĂ©curitĂ© sur toutes les fenĂȘtres, comptoirs en granit, unitĂ© AC dans la chambre, ventilateurs au plafond et debout, carreaux de cĂ©ramique partout et placards et placards intĂ©grĂ©s. Perfect place to stay

This place is a gem: perfect location - quiet, but all you need is just around the corner and the beach is just a short walk away. Lavern is the perfect host and so helpful all the time - I absolutely do recommend to book Lavern's place!

Great stay

Lavern & her mother were lovely to deal with and we really enjoyed our time at this location. It was within easy walking distance in Holetown to everything you could need including the grocery store and shops, restaurants etc. We enjoyed the beach club access as well. We recommend this property and would stay again.

Home away from home

We stayed for 28 days and was very comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking our meals along with being so close to grocery store, beach and beach club and restaurants. Perfect home away from home. Lavern was so accommodating when we lost our beach club pass, had new one next morning and a genuine lovely lady.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay at Laverns. Excellent at communicating with us and very helpful with any inquiries. She was great to deal. Both of the rentals were very nice and hope to return again.

What a wonderful holiday stay!!! I don't even know where to begin..... The apartment and location were perfect. Clean, cozy and well supplied with everything you need and more. Everything within walking distance, so a car is not required. Restaurants, parties, beaches, shopping, bus stops, banks, mall, golf and more. Best of all...Lavern, my hostess. A warm, caring, genuine young lady who has an exceptional gift of hospitality!!! She took every concern and stressful thought from my vacation time. Lavern is a thorough hostess with incredible communication skills! She would ask the right questions before I would think of them! Car rental, airport pick-ups and drop offs, evening events, places to eat and shop, etc... Also, mention has to go to her wonderful husband who helped out this technically challenged guest by hooking up netflix for me, through my computer. Thank you!! I am so looking forward to staying with you again Lavern!! You created such a beautiful holiday memory for me!! Thank you!!!!!!!

Wonderful Place to Stay with a welcoming host

Best Apartment I have stayed, since I have been coming to Sunset Crest, Holetown. The location is perfect, as it is a few minutes walk to beaches, bars, restaurants, wonderful supermarket, and shopping centres. Having use of the pool and facilities at Beach House is a huge extra, as it is a lovely place to relax, read a book and make friends. I was almost there every day and never got tired of it. The apartment itself is spacious, updated and much, much better than indicated in the photos. It is well maintained, extremely clean, and has everything you could imagine for the makings of a great vacation. Lavern is most likely, the best host I have ever met; she is thoughtful, friendly, patient and has a wonderful personality. She was very accommodating and was accessible before and during my stay. I could not have asked for a better host, who made my vacation a fantastic one. If you are looking for clean, modern, conveniently located and reasonably priced accommodation, look no further - Palm Crest Apartments exceed every expectation. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful apartment, great location, wonderful!

We had such a nice time in Barbados. We stayed at the Palm Crest apartments and we loved the place. It was clean, comfortable, cute and such a great location. There is so much to do right in the town and the landlords, Lavern and Aveen were so helpful in setting up tours for us. The are such nice people! I highly recommend Palm Crest Apartments!

Wonderful Holiday

I stayed with my sister and we had a wonderful holiday. Lavern was a great host who helped us move to the apartment and was really helpful in booking any activities for us and was always quick to reply to any messages or queries we had. The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. It was well located in holetown, a few minutes walk to the shops, bars, restaurants, bus stop and the beach. We enjoyed the access to the bech house and made good use of the pool. We highly recommend Lavern's apartment and would not hesitate to stay again!

Excellent accommodation with a lovley host

Well where should I start? We stayed at the end of April for two weeks in 1 bed apartment and loved it. Lavern welcomed us on the day of arrival and showed us the apartment as well as shops, restaurants, beaches and the Beach House. This includes a nice pool, toilets a bar and a restaurant and is only 5 minutes away. We mostly used it after the day at the beach to enjoy the sunset. Now to the apartment itself. It is perfectly equipped with everything you need for the holiday and is super clean. We felt comfortable from day one and did not want to leave. For us it was the best that could happen to us. We will come back in any case. Thank you Lavern for this great holiday

Exceptionally clean and well maintained unit

We stayed a Lavern's place in unit 1b for 6 weeks. The unit is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The large, screened-in patio was terrific. Great location in Sunset Crest (Holetown). It is a very short walk to the grocery store, restaurants and beach. A beautiful beach-front club with a pool for residents is about a 5 to 10 minute walk. Lavern is an exceptional host. She was always available to assist us in any way - very responsive and truly cares about her guests. I highly recommend this property.

Home away from home with great customer service.

I would highly recommend this accommodation. Everything is on point. The owners are very warm and helpful, great customer service. They arranged for our transportation to/from the airport, helped us booked all activities/tours. We especially enjoyed the island tour and the boat yard, great deal for our $$. The villas are very clean, comfortable, spacious and modern. Having a laundry room on premises is a plus. Location is great in a safe upscale neighborhood. Within walking distance are beautiful West Coast beaches, access to clean well maintained pool house, high end mall with duty free shopping, fine dining or local eatery, bars and nightclubs. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

A M A Z I N G and MUST VISIT

If there were TEN (10) stars available I would have given that! The owners of this beautiful apartment are beyond any amazing comparison. They take "customer service" far beyond imaginable expectation. Resident care is more the theme to this property and the owners who rent this apartment. From the time they meet you at the property until you reluctantly leave, Lavern and Aveen show, share, express and administer the moswt amazing "at home" welcoming. The apartment is seductively secluded in a quiet residential area. This alone makes you feel as if you actually live there. One of the beautiful aspects of this property is that even though it may be gently tucked away, it is within a very short walk to.. (are you ready for this?).. the beach, shopping, restaurants, public transportation.. and(?) (get this).. a PRIVATE SWIM CLUB!!!! ALL the amenities including "gated" private entrance, restaurant, bar, bath house (changing rooms), entrance to and from the beach (including showers to wash sand off). The apartment is BEAUTIFULLY appointed with marble counter tops, MODERN appliances, all the necessities and "creature comforts" one may hope for! As beautiful as the property and all it offers is, I have to go back to the hosts! If you want to experience "AMAZING", Call right now! My promise is this.. you will NOT be disappointed! Great Place to Stay

Great apartment with all the modern conveniences for the makings of a memorable holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well maintained and has a wonderful outdoor patio which is screened in to avoid insects and mosquitoes. The property owner Lavern is amazing with her guests and goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is perfect. She gave lots of useful suggestions on where to dine and places to go and even booked tours for me and my family; nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend these apartments and will keep them in mind for my next trip to this beautiful island.

I was born in Guyana, South America, and moved to Barbados in 1977 at the tender age of 1 making me almost '100% 'bajan'. The casual way of life on the island, makes living here almost perfect, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I love the outdoors, especially the beach, meeting people and fostering lasting relationships; I have made friends in every corner of the world during my travels and meeting visitors to the island. My family has been providing accommodation to visitors for the last 15 years in the Sunset Crest Area, and this newly renovated property is a welcomed second addition. I am sure that you will fall in love with the island as I have, and together we can create for you a memorable vacation.

Sunset Crest has always been a highly desired area, with visitors referring to it as their 'second home'. From the first time I visited this property, I fell in love with it and had to have it. The building was surrounded by beautiful lawns and gardens, the area was quiet, safe and peaceful, and the property was perfectly located, close to all amenities and within walking distance to some of the best beaches on the island.

The Sunset Crest area provides an unbeatable location, since amenities and beaches are all within walking distance, and it is not necessary to rent a vehicle for getting around the area. The neighborhood is residential and peaceful, providing the perfect haven for rest and relaxation but also great for guests who seek adventure and exploration. It is safe for walking around and most guests are repeat visitors who simply can't enough of the popular Sunset Crest. There are shops, restaurants, banks, shopping centres, cafes, ice-cream and pastry shops, public transportation, police station, 24-hour medical centre, pristine beaches, and ‘Limegrove Lifestyle Centre’ which provides many options for dining, entertainment and shopping. You will have FREE use of the swimming pool (kid friendly) and facilities at a lovely complex nearby called The Beach House. Several bars in the area offer live entertainment and daily 'happy hours' and there is an upscale club/lounge nearby. There are lots of beach activities nearby, such as jet skiing, snorkelling, and boat tours where you can swim with the turtles or simply rent a beach chair/umbrella while relaxing on the sand; it really is the ideal vacation spot. I will show you around the area when you arrive, and point out all of these places of interests, and am happy to make recommendations on activities, entertainment and dining; I can arrange tours/activities/vehicle rental and am available to you at all times via email and telephone before and during your stay. I am always willing to assist however I can; my guests are my main priority and you will not find a more caring, attentive and helpful host, as I strive to create the best vacation experience for you.
Because there are three apartments within the same property, it is perfect for groups who wish to stay together, while maintaining privacy, as each unit is separate and has its own entrance, patio and living spaces (entire property can accommodate maximum of 14 guests).
