Spacious apartment in an excellent location

We had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay at this apartment. The property was well equipped with everything you could need. Lavern the property manager was just a phone call away for anything we needed help with.

Amazing location and place

We loved this place, it was a perfect location for town and so ideal for my 80 year old mum. Clean and Lavern was a brilliant host, she showed us around town and had left some water and juice as well. Everything we needed was there. I can highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Lavern 😘

Amazing apartment in a great location

Absolutely loved this property. Beautiful garden. Great location close to everything including a big supermarket. Everything you need is walking distance. The apartment is really well equipped. I'd happily stay again. Lavern was a really helpful host with great communication. 5 stars all round!

Perfect Palm Crest

We had such a glorious time here. It was literally just like being at home. If only my house was on a beautiful island. It has Everything you need. The kitchen is large and great for meal prep with all the necessary appliances and gadgetry and everything was clean and in good working condition. There is so much storage space between the closets and cabinets that you can shop in bulk for groceries if you are staying long term. The yard is filled with tropical flowers and is perfectly manicured. The patio has window screens that really do their job of keeping the insects out so that you can enjoy Al fresco dining anytime. The bathroom shower has what seems like an endless supply of hot water with amazing pressure. Lots of counter space for all your lotions and potions. This house is so private and quiet but is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, grocery store and a plethora of restaurants and public transportation. Lavern was such a gracious host, she even arranged our transport for the airport. This place is a gem and so were the hosts. You can tell how much they enjoy sharing everything they have to offer. We look forward to staying here again.

Fabulous Barbados location!!!

The property was just as advertised - spacious rooms, well supplied with kitchen amenities and towels, plenty of hot water, outdoor shower to rinse off, quiet back street with no noise but 2-3 minutes walk to everything - restaurants, bars, grocery store! The owner Laverne was charming, helpful, gave us great recommendations and even drove us around to get our bearings on arrival! This was one of my more memorable trips and I can't wait to go back! Best Airbnb ever!

The title says it all.. As an avid traveler, I have stayed at many Airbnbs; however, this was by FAR the best one I have stayed at in every aspect. The Palm Crest apartments are absolutely beautiful, extremely safe, perfect location, convenient to the grocery store, the beach, access to the pool, the main mall in Holetown, and multiple restaurants and bars. It is the perfect location to stay at in Barbados and I couldn't recommend it more. On top of that, Lavern was the most incredible host! Since I was traveling on my own to Barbados, she was so helpful when it came to finding and booking tours throughout the island, making sure I was comfortable at the apartment and had everything I needed, and also showing me around to some of Barbados' hot spots. She went above and beyond and I couldn't be more grateful for her hospitality and assistance from the start of my stay straight to the end.

We have spent our Canadian winters hiding with Lavern and Aveen for a few years. They are perfect hosts. We look forward to coming back to our "home away from home" every year. Hopefully for many years to come.

Hands down the best Host with lovely apartments!

Being vegetarians, my friend and I always stay in self catering accommodation. This was by far the cleanest apartment that we have stayed at with a lovely outdoor garden area. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything! It also had a blender and a cool box which we made great use of. The 2 bedrooms also had air conditioning which was so powerful that we used to turn it off in the night. Lavern was very warm & welcoming. She attended personally to all our needs. She was always on hand to give sightseeing tips & arranged our car hire. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return to Barbados & Palm Crest apartments at the earliest opportunity :)

Best Place in Barbados, Awesome Host

Choosing to stay at the Palm Crest Property was the best decision I could have made. I have been coming to Sunset Crest for 8 years, and this is best accommodation I have found. The villa is spacious, well decorated, has a fantastic large kitchen, 2 patios (where were great for having our meals) and is super clean, and well located. The property is close to the Limegrove Mall, the Massey Supermarket, a petrol station, convenience store, bars, restaurants and several sandy, white beaches. There is no need to rent a car, as everything is close by and you can walk around the area, as it is safe and accessible. The pool and facllities at the Beach club are added bonus and were great for relaxing on sunny days. Lavern is such a helpful and genuine host who looks after her guests well. She kindly arranged taxi transfers to and from the airport, and told us about events which were being held during our stay. She was always available and checked in on us to see if we needed anything and to ensure that we were OK, during our stay. She truly is a SUPER host who goes well above expectations in helping her guests to enjoy their vacation. I recommend this property without hesitation and will be making it my first choice, whenever I am on the island

Great value, nice clean place with a gracious host

This apartment was fantastic. The property is minutes walk to all amenities, and I didn't have to rent a car to get around Holetown, as everything was at my fingertips. The apartment itself was spotless and very clean, with an adequate supply of fresh towels and linen. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need, and then extras - Lavern has thought of everything and goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. She gave me a tour of the area when I first arrived, to help me to get oriented with Holetown and recommended many great places to eat and explore - her suggestions were all great. She was readily available if I ever needed her, and nothing seem to be too much trouble; she even arranged tours, activities and taxi transfers for me, making my vacation, stress-free. I truly felt welcomed and was comfortable from the first day I arrived. I have no hesitation in recommending Palm Crest Apartments, and will be making this my first choice when ever I am on the island.

Wonderful Holiday

I stayed with my sister and we had a wonderful holiday. Lavern was a great host who helped us move to the apartment and was really helpful in booking any activities for us and was always quick to reply to any messages or queries we had. The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. It was well located in holetown, a few minutes walk to the shops, bars, restaurants, bus stop and the beach. We enjoyed the access to the bech house and made good use of the pool. We highly recommend Lavern's apartment and would not hesitate to stay again!

Excellent apartment in the heart of Holetown. Lavern was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. As we left Lavern came to wish us well and take the keys. Highly recommended.

Apartment 5 minute walk to beach and shops, and beach house, Clean and tidy , lovely people who own it, nothing is to much trouble, we have returned 2 years in a row and will be returning this year. Ideal for a couple , or couple with small children,totally recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. Please note there are a few apartments/villa we have stayed in 2 of them, 3 mins to Limegrove shopping centre, and restaurants, Enjoy.

FANTASTIC VACATION RENTAL

Look no further - Palm Crest Apartments are the perfect vacation rentals. Just as advertised, the property is minutes walk to lovely beaches, bars, restaurants and shopping centers. Use of the pool at the Beach Club was great as there are showers and bathroom facilities which makes it very easy to spend the entire day at this prbeautiful facility. The apartment itself is super clean and beautifully furnished; it is well stocked with everything you need for a self-catering holiday, although my family and I thoroughly enjoyed dinner at several nearby restaurants. Lavern is an absolute gem and made our stay a great one. She was always friendly and helpful and treated us like family. I would highly recommend this property to other travellers and will be returning very soon.

Amazing Apartment In Sunset Crest

What I loved about staying at Palm Crest Apartments was that unlike other properties in the same Holetown area, these apartments are updated, modern, uncluttered and spotlessly clean. The two-bedroom apartment is very large and equipped with everything you could need (and more) for a comfortable stay, and Lavern has put alot of thought, time and effort into her property. She takes great pride in maintaining the apartments and takes her hosting very seriously. Lavern was the best! she greeted us at the apartment, even when our flight was delayed in arriving, and showed us around the Sunset Crest area. She was available anytime we needed her and was always willing to provide information for us on island activities, bus schedules and generally everything we needed to know to make our holiday a fantastic one. She even arranged tours and activities and gave great suggestions on the best and cheapest places to eat. She gave us a ride in her vehicle one day to the beach and picked us up at the end of the day when we were ready which was really appreciated. I have travelled all over the world and Lavern is definitely the best host I have ever met. I highly recommend staying at Palm Crest Apartments. It is great value, exceptional host and perfect location.

I was born in Guyana, South America, and moved to Barbados in 1977 at the tender age of 1 making me almost '100% 'bajan'. The casual way of life on the island, makes living here almost perfect, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I love the outdoors, especially the beach, meeting people and fostering lasting relationships; I have made friends in every corner of the world during my travels and meeting visitors to the island. My family has been providing accommodation to visitors for the last 15 years in the Sunset Crest Area, and this newly renovated property is a welcomed second addition. I am sure that you will fall in love with the island as I have, and together we can create for you a memorable vacation.

Sunset Crest has always been a highly desired area, with visitors referring to it as their 'second home'. From the first time I visited this property, I fell in love with it and had to have it. The building was surrounded by beautiful lawns and gardens, the area was quiet, safe and peaceful, and the property was perfectly located, close to all amenities and within walking distance to some of the best beaches on the island.

The Sunset Crest area provides an unbeatable location, since amenities and beaches are all within walking distance, and it is not necessary to rent a vehicle for getting around the area. The neighborhood is residential and peaceful, providing the perfect haven for rest and relaxation but also great for guests who seek adventure and exploration. It is safe for walking around and most guests are repeat visitors who simply can't enough of the popular Sunset Crest. There are shops, restaurants, banks, shopping centres, cafes, ice-cream and pastry shops, public transportation, police station, 24-hour medical centre, pristine beaches, and ‘Limegrove Lifestyle Centre’ which provides many options for dining, entertainment and shopping. You will have FREE use of the swimming pool (kid friendly) and facilities at a lovely complex nearby called The Beach House. Several bars in the area offer live entertainment and daily 'happy hours' and there is an upscale club/lounge nearby. There are lots of beach activities nearby, such as jet skiing, snorkelling, and boat tours where you can swim with the turtles or simply rent a beach chair/umbrella while relaxing on the sand; it really is the ideal vacation spot. I will show you around the area when you arrive, and point out all of these places of interests, and am happy to make recommendations on activities, entertainment and dining; I can arrange tours/activities/vehicle rental and am available to you at all times via email and telephone before and during your stay. I am always willing to assist however I can; my guests are my main priority and you will not find a more caring, attentive and helpful host, as I strive to create the best vacation experience for you.
Because there are three apartments within the same property, it is perfect for groups who wish to stay together, while maintaining privacy, as each unit is separate and has its own entrance, patio and living spaces (entire property can accommodate maximum of 14 guests).
