The pictures do not do this place justice! My husband and our two dogs had a wonderful time at Gratitude Farm! The property is massive, the pool is absolutely heaven and the house is very cozy. Christine was super responsive and a wonderful host. We will be looking to bring friends back!

The property and home are stunning. Christina has beautiful taste and there were so many nice touches which made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We should have brought our own thank you gift! We will absolutely return provided we can find an opening. It’s no wonder that Gratitude Farm is a favorite.

My husband and I got a chance to make plans for a last minute vacation for a few days. We are glad that we did. The property location is very peaceful and secluded, but it was a 10 minute drive to St. Michael's so it is the best of both worlds. The house is well stocked with everything you need (kitchen, bathroom, linens, towels). The beds were extremely comfortable which I find to be hit or miss in many rentals. The pool was very refreshing. The poolhouse was an extra fun perk to have another space to relax in very comfortably out of the heat. There was an issue with the air conditioning which Christina took care of immediately. Communication with her was outstanding with immediate responses to any questions both before we arrived and during the stay. We had a beautiful time at Gratitude Farm!

We had a wonderful stay at Gratitude Farm. The home was exactly as described - very clean, cozy and comfortable. Lovely water views around the property and always appreciate finding places that are dog-friendly. We went in February so were unable to use the pool area, but it looked like a great space. Christina was a great host - very hospitable, friendly, and welcoming. She was always easy to get in touch with and always responded quickly. 10/10 highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Gratitude Farm was the perfect retreat. The interior of the home was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, Each room was nicely decorated, and the beds were quite cozy. The sun room overlooking the creek was vey relaxing. The grounds are well maintained. It was wonderful to walk our golden retriever on the property - very safe and relaxing within a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. The pool was an added treat - well maintained with a wonderful view of the creek and wooded surroundings. The nearby trees offered a shaded area to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The pool house is another added treat - beautifully decorated with a kitchen, bathroom and an area to unwind and relax out of the sun but yet so near the pool for that needed dip to refresh and energize. Christina is an amazing host. She was very quick to respond to messages. Her welcome basket was very thoughtful and appreciated. We are looing forward to booking Gratitude Farm again next year. Thank you Christina for an enjoyable, relaxing, memorable stay.

The Eastern Shore of Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay is a beautiful place for a vacation. Gratitude Farm is THE best place to stay. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. The house is warm, cozy and comfy. I love the renovated farm house feel. It faces east right on the water with extraordinary views and awesome sunrises. Far off the road so very quiet. Dark with very little light pollution so great stargazing at night. It’s a huge property so our dog had a lot of space for ball-chasing. 4 kayaks so we all had a chance to get out on the water. Modern kitchen with everything you need. The beds are super-comfy. It feels like home. The Annie Leibovitz book in the living room is amazing. A Taschen SUMO with its own tripod stand, 20”x27” (that’s a large book), over 400 pages of celebrity (Queen Elizabeth to Mick Jagger) photos that capture the essence of these famous people as only Leibovitz can. It was one of the extras that makes Gratitude Farm a special place. You can’t ask for a better host with Christina. So relaxed with super communications. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing, memorable week at Gratitude Farm.

Beautiful charming home! Updated but still retaining that farmhouse feel. It's so nice to come upon a rental home with quality furnishings, fixtures, kitchenware, etc, etc. Beds were super comfortable. The house is well stocked with books and games. My daughter read one book and I started the same one. I'm going to have to pick up a copy for myself so I can see how it ends! Great location with wonderful privacy but only a short drive to shops and restaurants. This was a super chill vacation. Our group of 5 used the pool every day - it was a highlight! My daughter enjoyed catching crabs and letting them go. She even caught an old piece of pottery that, according to Google, dates back to the 1770-1840. No idea how it ended up in the trap.Christina could not have been more lovely and helpful. She gave us a wonderful gift basket which included a bottle of wine that I liked so much, I picked up 2 more on my way out of town!My husband is already bugging me to make a repeat reservation for next year! (and he's hard to please)

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The home is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, and the peaceful, quiet location made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.We had a couple of minor issues on the first day. The pool needed to be cleaned, and there were a few additional housekeeping items that needed attention. Throughout the week, we also had the occasional bug make its way inside, which can happen in a country setting. What really stood out, though, was the owner. Even while she was on vacation outside the country, she was incredibly responsive and worked quickly to address everything we needed.Overall, the positives far outweighed the minor inconveniences. We truly enjoyed our stay, appreciated the excellent communication and care from the owner, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
