La maison Starr Creek est une propriété fantastique face à l'océan qui a le ruisseau Starr qui coule sur le côté sud de la maison.
Vous pouvez regarder les vagues se briser sur la plage de sable depuis le salon et la chambre principale
de cette nouvelle maison contemporaine à deux étages.
Il y a un large chemin le long du côté de la crique qui mène à la plage d'accès facile.

Le rez-de-chaussée de cette maison comprend un salon avec une terrasse, un coin repas et une cuisine ...
la salle de bains à l'étage dispose d'une magnifique baignoire à pattes, et la chambre des maîtres possède une terrasse.

Very Merry Christmas at the coast

We loved it... the kids were thrilled and we had the best time. This house was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked with the cooking implements we needed for our 4 day Christmas holiday meal preparation. And that view! It was great!

Great place. Beds could be better

The house is great on almost every aspect. We’ve been coming to yachats for ten years and have tried several different vrbo in the area in the past couple of years. We loved the location and ease to the beach. Great kitchen and living space, equipped enough for our cooking needs. Beautiful view on two separate decks. Only down side, are the “extra” beds the second queen down stairs and the three extra “cots” or twin mattresses upstairs for kids are terribly uncomfortable. We did quite a bit of shuffling to problem solve that after the first nice but we made it work. And really absolutely everything else is amazing so it made it worth it. The entire family (including the members on uncomfortable beds) voted to return again so we will be back I’m sure. Thanks for a great vacation home away from home!

A Home away from jome...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not have been happier in a hotel. This house was way beyond what we expected. The ocean right out side your door was awesome. The only complaint was that with a house for 8 people, need another couch in the living room. They house had EVERYTHING we needed, just like home. They even had some extras hidden in the cabinets to start us out.. Salt,pepper, sugar, coffee... It was one of the best vacations we have had in Oregon. Glad to see they got new pictures of the house up, the old pics did not do it justice... Stay here, and I just bet, you'll talk about it for years to come. Thanks for sharing your home with us.. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at this property several times and really enjoy the location, cleanliness, and overall comfort of this home. We hope they continue to offer it as a rental! The cleaning company does a really nice job of having the home very clean and tidy upon arrival, and towels/tp/hand soap/detergents were stocked comfortably. I'd recommend that travelers bring shampoo/conditioner, and anything you need to cook. There are a few spices and random dry items (some tea bags), but for the most part, plan on bringing everything you need for cooking--s&p, oil, coffee & tea, etc. Absolutely love this location!

Disappointed the fireplace did not work but know service and parts are difficult right now. Kitchen very well stocked. Only other difficulty was having 5 remote controls... Confusing for us seniors...

Awesome View

The view of the ocean is outstanding. We enjoyed many hours on the deck simply relaxing. There is no shower upstairs only a bathtub. We three adult women are not bath takers but it was no issue going downstairs to shower. The kitchen was well equipped. There are several restaurants in Yachats as well as a small grocery. Beach access from the house is a path not suitable for mobility impaired individuals. Hiking in the Cape Perpetua area is very close. A visitor center provides information on trails and things to do in the area. We would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Here's what the place needs- more user friendly TV controls, Closet in downstairs bedroom.(my wife can't climb stairs, so stayed in downstairs bedroom. No closet! Had to trek upstairs every day to get clothes). The house has a lot of deferred maintenance, old carpet (should be replaced with vinyl flooring) interior paint. Old appliances, other than washer and dryer. Too much owners junk in closets and broom closets. If the owner would spend some money, the unit could be rented out for more money

It was a lovely, fully equipped house with awesome view! My only complaint was that the carpets needed to be cleaned. I am sure it was from dogs that have stayed there. Having a dog myself I understand and I was thankful they accepted dogs. But the many stains were a turn off.

Comfortable home with a Great View.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for two nights the first week of February. We have been hunkered down avoiding Covid and had not stayed overnight anywhere for a year. This felt safe. We didn’t need to see anyone to check in or out. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with a fabulous view. Access to the beach is right out the front door. (Go during low tide as there isn’t much beach to walk on at high tide ). The only difficulty we had was in operating the gas fireplace. It’s a little tricky, but we finally mastered it. We will definitely stay here again.

Oregon coast beach house

This location is wonderful and easy to find. The beach access is easy and the 805 trail to Yachats with view of the beach is great with easy access just 2 blocks south to Salmon St off of highway 101. The house is adequate but floors(especially bathroom floors, walls, and blinds need deep cleaning. I would suggest replacing all towels and replace the 1 hair dryer upstairs with 2 (one for each level) that will work. The downstairs bedroom door will not open and close entirely, without sticking. Would love to rebook if attention is given to these areas.

Beachside

We booked this property about one week before our trip and there were very few options at the time. This place turned out to be perfect for the location and cost. The place is very outdated, it was like walking into grandmas house. But it was clean, though the white towels could use a quick wash with bleach. There were a few things that could’ve made it a better stay, such as more towels, hand soaps, and a working coffee machine or a French press as an alternate. Had we known the coffee machine was broken ahead of time we may have brought our French press. There are standard TV channels and a DVD player but only one dvd. So a bit limited but there was the option of Netflix. This normally is not a priority but with a 3 year old it’s nice to have cartoon options for down time. The upstairs gets very warm during the day and there was only one box fan, so for putting little ones down for a nap the downstairs was the best option. The best feature of this place was the proximity to the beach. Truly, I feel that’s what you’re paying for. The area is very quiet with very little foot traffic; ideal with little ones. I’d recommend this place to those who care more about location and cost and not so much about amenities.
