Premier étage condo haut de gamme avec vue sur le golf. Il est décoré comme celui d'un modÚle avec des meubles en cuir, une literie pour accueillir 2 couples ou 4 lits simples et des ustensiles de cuisine pour un maximum de 6. La cuisine est améliorée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable. Plancher de bois dans le salon et la salle à manger! Un accÚs facile à un parking couvert devant la porte d'entrée et à proximité de la piscine chauffée et salle d'exercice sur le Westside!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo! It was decorated nicely, had plenty of room for two of us, and could have fit more if needed. We entertained a couple times and the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The patio was lovely & we spent a lot of time out there! I filled the hummingbird feeder a couple times when we were there and there were always a couple hanging out. It was perfect.

Unfortunately, there was a water leak in the adjacent unit and it caused water damage to this unit. Spectrum was great in trying to fix the problem. Soon ,they moved us to a comparable rental and we were happy with change. All-in-all,a great stay

I found a massive black Tarantula, a scorpion, and had never ending issues with beetles getting into the condo. When I moved in there were a lot of dead beetles, and I found previous tenants’ hair in random places in the home.

The condo was quiet, clean, pleasant folks living around us, birds singing away each day, a private and quiet patio to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon nap, evening glass of wine.The individual’s we dealt with in arranging to stay, how to get in once we arrived, payment, what to do should we need maintenance (we didn’t need any), all was clear and replies prompt. Great Apartment close to Sabino Canyon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, a coffee pot and plenty of clean towels. The owner provided toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and little bars of soap as well as trash bags, paper towels and detergent for washing clothes. There is also a lovely private patio area that overlooks the golf greens and a very busy hummingbird. We were only a five minute drive to Sabino Canyon. The apartment has a fitness room with a Precor elliptical as well as two treadmills and other equipment. We also had access to a lovely heated pool and hot tub. Be aware that check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am.
