Ce chalet nouvellement construit fait partie du développement Merchant Street à New Buffalo. La maison de 4 chambres dispose d'une véranda arrière, patio en pierre à l'arrière, sous-sol spacieux, appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable, une chambre principale avec sa propre salle de bain, WIFI et télévision par câble. Une douche extérieure est disponible pour rincer le sable d'une journée à la plage. A 5-10 minutes à pied de la plage publique à New Buffalo et encore plus courte à pied de la station Amtrak à New Buffalo. Le développement a une piscine communautaire juste en face du chalet.

House was great, cannot go wrong with this location - walking distance from main downtown, the neighborhood is fantastic/quiet/safe, and the shared pool in right there.

Another successful year in NB

This was our 5th year staying at this property, always clean and perfect location. Excellent layout and kitchen properly set up with cooking utensils and pots/pans. No concerns.

Wonderful week!

Great property and location, spacious house with great beach amenities(chairs, wagon, etc.). Steps to the heated pool and quiet street to hang out and play catch on. Can’t wait to return!!

First-rate Experience

This property was impressive. It was very clean, spacious, well-outfitted, with all the amenities we wanted. We especially appreciated the foosball table and beach chairs. The beaches in the area were maintained remarkably well. The nearby railroad tracks were a bit noisy at night but appreciated by our grandsons. We would definitely use it again if in the area.

The Perfect Family Getaway!

Rarely have I rented a property that *exceeded* expectations/photographs/descriptions. Daniel’s property was perfect. My husband and I, our adult daughter, son, DIL, 2y.o. grandson and 4-1/2 month old granddaughter were in town for a family wedding, and decided to extend our stay for a few days. The location is great for walking everywhere: Starbucks, a nice little grocery store, tons of restaurants, ice cream, playgrounds, the water, bars for those wanting nightlife, etc. The neighborhood pool is perfect for little ones. The house itself doesn’t disappoint. Two nice porches. Four huge bedrooms. 3-1/2 large sparkling clean baths. Thoughtful amenities. While the main floor living area is cozy and a bit small, the downstairs family room more than makes up for it. (Not a complaint at all but just reality in Michigan: the only space we didn’t use much was the backyard fire pit and outside shower; little kids prone to mosquito bites and Midwest summer nights don’t mix well! For lucky renters that don’t get bitten up, go enjoy!) We have relatives who live ten minutes away and were very impressed with our find. We will definitely be back. It was a great, comfortable home and for the high season in New Buffalo, a very reasonable value.

Great house, great location

Beautiful, cozy home. Quick walk to downtown New Buffalo and also walkable to beach. The pool is just outside the front door. This was a perfect vacation rental for my family and kids. Everyone enjoyed!

One to repeat!

Very spacious, clean home in an excellent location. We walked almost everywhere. The pool is viewing distance from the lovely front porch. About a 60 second walk. There is also an enclosed porch in the back that leads to the patio with a grill, outdoor shower and fire pit. Great for roasting marshmallows. There is parking for two cars and additional spots are not too far away. Dan always responded quickly to any of our questions. We will definitely return in the future.

Great place and Location!

We loved this rental. All the bedrooms were nice and spacious. Big basement and the location was awesome. Loved being able to just walk to the Main Street. The whole family enjoyed it.

This property way exceeded our expectations. The location was within walking distance to downtown and the lake. The house was perfect for indoor and outdoor hangouts and very roomy, plus many bathrooms and showers! I can't wait to come back into town and stay here again!

New Buffalo Vacation

Everything about this VRBO House is wonderful. We had three couples over 55 and we all agree that these accommodations are clean, comfortable and updated with all the amenities. The layout allows for gathering and privacy, with lots of room to spread out. This is our second visit and we will be back.

Girls Weekend

We were thrilled with this property for our girls weekend with 5 girls. The house decor and amenities felt brand new, we enjoyed the yard and fire pit. Kitchen was big enough for us to cook in. Cars stayed parked all weekend since it's a short walk to downtown NB. Not one bad thing to say... Would absolutely rent again!

Great New Buffalo location!

Loved this place and the proximity to downtown New Buffalo and the beach! The house has 4 toilets and 4 showers (including the outdoor shower), which was great with our group of 8 women. The steam shower in the master bath was really nice and so was the outdoor shower. Everything was clean and updated. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!
