Venez vous détendre dans cette maison nouvellement construite de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes. Que ce soit pour réunir la famille, retrouver des amis ou simplement vous évader, ce chalet est un endroit merveilleux. Traversez deux pâtés de maisons vers le centre-ville de New Buffalo pour déguster de bons plats ou dirigez-vous vers l’épicerie Barney, puis faites cuire vos propres spécialités dans la cuisine complète ou sur le grill Weber situé dans le patio arrière. La table de billard peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes, avec 3 autres sièges au bar du petit-déjeuner. Assiettes, tasses et siège d'appoint adaptés aux enfants fournis.

La promenade le long de la marina est un favori avec Stray Dog juste là pour satisfaire votre appétit.

Promenez-vous à la plage pour jouer au lac Michigan ou admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur l'eau. Il y a des chaises de plage et des serviettes pour vous dans le chalet. Ou restez à proximité du chalet et détendez-vous à la piscine communautaire privée chauffée.

Retrouvez un bon livre sur la véranda, ou regardez vos émissions préférées sur les téléviseurs intelligents dotés de Netflix dans le salon et la salle de divertissement.

La maison a une disposition merveilleuse qui permet aux visiteurs de s’étaler sur trois étages, avec des chambres et des salles de bain situées à chaque niveau.

Le deuxième étage a 2 chambres à coucher et une douche. La première chambre a un lit queen tandis que la seconde a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi deux berceaux portables disponibles.

Au niveau principal, il y a une chambre avec lit queen et salle de bain complète. Et dans le sous-sol entièrement aménagé, il y a une chambre double en suite.

Another great stay!

We had another great stay. The house is in an adorable neighborhood and is decorated to match. We had all the conveniences available and loved access to the community pool. We’ve been bringing our family to New Buffalo for years and love staying at Cottage Moe.

Great location, a few blocks from shops & restaurants! Very clean & nice perk of access to the community pool. Owners were easy to work with & very responsive as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for

Had a wonderful stay at Cottage Moe. House was absolutely adorable and had everything we needed to be comfortable and prepare meals. Location was perfect and easy to walk to restaurants and boat dock. Would highly recommend, and Leann was lovely and easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay.

Great Family Vacation

Our recent week in New Buffalo was great fun. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The host, Leann, was personable and responsive. We really liked the location; a charming neighborhood in walking distance to all the town had to offer. The toddler bed and little play room were especially appreciated by our two small children.

The cottage was absolutely perfect and listing is accurate. Perfect spot to walk to anywhere in downtown New Buffalo and very close to the community pool. We had a great time and plenty of space for 7 ppl.

Another great stay at cottage Moe!

This was our second summer at this house and we loved it just as much as last year. The location is great and the kids love the pool and ability to walk to the beach. The house is well maintained and has a lot of great pool and beach toys in the garage.

4th of July Getaway

Our stay at this cottage was perfect for our family, which includes young children. The pool is right across the street, we walked into town everyday, and the home, itself, is very nice. The home is decorated so cute and has just about everything you need.

COMFY AND COMFORTABLE

COZY & COMFORTABLE W e have been gointg to new buffalo for about 10 years. This was our first time st Cottage Moe. It was perfect. Very clean, comfy beds, well stocked and loved that it was walking distance to beach Stray dog and all the shops. Beautiful inside and out. Decorated so cute. Loved it and will be back.

Family Getaway!

House was perfect, had more then enough room! Working with the owner was great, no problems at all! Pool was fun, just a few steps from the house. House had everything we needed. It was walking distance to everything!

Love Cottage Moe!

This is my families third time staying at Cottage Moe. We absolute love it! The amenities provided exceeded our expectations always - from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds, and all the things you could ever need for the beach. Everything was perfect! The location is ideal, providing both tranquility and easy walking access downtown to shops and restaurants. Leann is one of the sweetest hosts and was incredibly responsive and ensured our stay was seamless. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Delightful weekend

Everything about our stay was perfect. Check in was easy. The neighborhood was delightful- others were friendly but mostly quiet. The pool was festive but never difficult to find a chair. Easy walk to downtown. The house was cozy, comfortable and very roomy. Front and back outdoor spaces were wonderful. Would definitely rent from here again. It was ideal!!

Beautiful New Buffalo cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Leann’s cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has a well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect, and the heated pool fantastic with the kids. We were able to prepare full meals in the kitchen, walk to the beach, and swim in the pool despite some overcast days with temps in the low 70s. Communication and check in were seamless. We would highly recommend this property and would return any time we wanted a stay in beautiful New Buffalo.

Exceptional Home And Hosts!!

The cottage was impeccable and provided awesome spacing with the 3 baths and 3 separate floors. We traveled with our adult children: a newly wed couple took the basement, my husband and I took the main floor bed/bath, and our other 2 children each had their own. Bedroom upstairs. You are steps away from the pool and walking distance to so many places offered by New Beach. Owners are incredibly kind and will go above and beyond to answer any questions. We would definitely return!!

Exceeded Expectations!

We LOVED everything about Cottage Moe! Everything we needed for our stay was provided, and so much more. We especially loved the kitchen--so beautiful!! It provided the perfect gathering place for our extended family to spend a week together. The community pool is just a house over from this cottage, which is so convenient. We spent a lot of time there, on the front porch, at the beach, exploring downtown, and went shopping at the Michigan City outlets and Antiques on the Bluff in St. Joseph. We hope to return in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Cottage!!!

Back for more of Cottage Moe

The six of us returned for the second time to Cottage Moe, and our stay was even better than last year! Knowing that the house was fully stocked for any need, we packed less. The comfort and beauty of the cottage and community was again relaxing and fun for all ages. Walking to the downtown area which has sprouted new stores and eateries, and which we took advantage of, was a pleasant surprise. For fun rainy day kid activities, we went to the nearby public library’s children’s section, and visited the Curious Kids Discovery zone museum in nearby St. Joseph. We highly recommend Cottage Moe for a vacation in New Buffalo.

Great location

This cottage was such a great find for our family of 8 adults and 2 babies. Everyone had plenty of room and there was nothing we wanted and didn't find in the cottage. Lots of linens, beach chairs and toys. Kitchen has everything you will ever need with plenty of dishes, pots and pans and silverware. We loved being able to walk to town and the beach. The cottage is so adorably decorated that we really hated leaving! The owners have left awesome notes detailing everything but were also available quickly with any questions we might have. They even noticed that the upstairs was not cooling (I guess because of the Nest) and sent the repairman over on Saturday! We really enjoyed staying here and hope to be back again. Thanks again and again for sharing your beautiful home!

Beautiful Michigan Getaway

We absolutely adored staying in Leanne’s home for our recent girls trip to Michigan wine country. The home was clean and cozy with everything you could need! We were able to walk to downtown New Buffalo and to the beach for a morning walk, and we were a short drive to all the wineries. We absolutely loved it and would stay there again for sure! Thanks, Leanne!
