À seulement un pâté de maisons du centre-ville de New Buffalo et à quelques pâtés de maisons d'une belle plage de sable du lac Michigan, le condo est situé dans l'emplacement parfait. Détendez-vous dans la véranda avec votre café du matin ou regardez le coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse du quatrième étage. Les deux chambres à l'étage ont également leur propre balcon. La piscine d'association et le bain à remous spacieux sont à un demi-pâté de maisons de votre condo.

Favorite Summer Getaway!

We love everything about New Buffalo. This property was perfect because we could walk everywhere downtown: restaurants, the beach, ice cream, and even the pool and hot tub. The property was clean and spacious and we even had a great rainy day playing games on the screened in porch and ordering take out. We loved being able to walk to the beach for sunset! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

4th of July Fun !! The property was clean, kitchen well stocked for meal prep, location is perfect

Great place, great location!

The condo was clean, comfortable & spacious. The management company was prompt & friendly in responding to questions. The location was great; just a block away from the main drag. The pool & hot tub are kiddie corner from the property's parking lot, and was very nice.

Jason has a great property here, the property itself is exactly as advertised and the proximity to town is amazing. My group was hard to get info from and Jason and team were patient and understanding. Will definitely rent from him again!

They management was very responsive with questions. The place was perfect. It had everything we needed, the location was perfect as we never had to drive anywhere. The rooftop was beautiful. Would stay again.

Great location and view!!

Great location and view from top balcony!! Our family enjoyed our stay. I think it'd be nice to have more than one TV in the condo, especially with little ones and the beds weren't the most comfortable, but we made it work. Owner was responsive when we had questions or issues.

This is a great condo close to everything in New Buffalo. We have heard your issues with this property and have since added mattress toppers to the twin beds and will also have an additional TV in master bedroom for 2018 season!

Great Stay!

Our stay was great here! The pictures are a great representation of what you will be getting. Whole condo is very clean and very chic. The condo is 4 levels with the sun deck being the 4th which was a perfect place to lay and hang out. We slept 8 adults comfortably on our girls weekend.

Wonderful Place for a Girlfriends' Getaway!

This is a great property for a Girlfriends' Getaway. Lots of room, all the amenities you could ask for, wonderful roof top patio, and a spectacular pool that is well maintained. The place is within walking distance of the beach and various restaurants. The owners are great to work with too. They responded to questions quickly, provided tons of information regarding the area, and they were just a phone call away if we needed anything. We would come back again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great location

The location of the property was great, and we enjoyed the community pool. Due to a recent storm, Google maps was giving us trouble finding the location. One of the people we spoke to for assist us was less than friendly but the other was nice. The property was nice and well kept. We did find sand all over the floor of the bottom bedroom as well as in that bed when we got there, there were popcorn kernels scattered in the living room rug and some of the roof deck furniture was covered in cobwebs. Overall it was a nice stay.

Sorry their experience was not perfect. We had a major storm right before their stay so we were picking up the pieces right before Labor Day. 2025 calendar now open!

Nice Family Condo, Close to all you need.

Our family of 5 stayed at this property over the kids October break. The unit had plenty of room for all of us, and the kids really enjoyed the room with bunk beds and twin bed. We even hosted our parents for an evening and they used the downstairs bedroom. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to make the stay feel like home. This unit is super close to the library, grocery and all of the Whittaker St. shops. We did not use the car once, after we settled in. The only suggestion I would provide is the "master" queen bed and bed frame were underwhelming. The room could handle a king size bed and the bed frame seemed a little unstable for two adults. Overall, this place was as expected and our family enjoyed our stay.

End of summer trip

The property is well situated to amenities. The grocery store is less than a block away and the “main strip” is also walkable. While you can walk to the beach, driving the vehicle isn’t ridiculous as you can haul the important things like coolers and tents. The property provides beach chairs and a wagon, so maybe don’t waste space in your car hauling up your own stuff. Balconies are in heavy rotation and so usable. We didn’t use the grill, but would do so next time…the local restaurants were great and we ended up sampling a few of them (*cough*beer church). We did have a little trouble finding the place when we drove in but that might have been user error. Property managers were so responsive with any questions and we really enjoyed our time. Other vacationers on the property were also super nice. Don’t sleep on the shared pool and hot tub…it’s a great experience for the littles. The only adjustment we’d make is the bed in the primary BR…there is enough room for a king mattress and the current bed could use an upgrade… it a deal breaker but… Overall, what an awesome way to spend a few days with the family, catch some waves and sunsets and enjoy the last days of summer on the shore. Quick enough drive from Chicago and the surrounding suburbs to just disengage and recharge. Great property overall!

Beds

The size of beds should be listed. The beds especially the master should be at minimum a queen bed but ideally a king. The other bed should be at least a queen as well.

I am sorry they did not like the beds. The master bedroom IS a queen bed. This condo has two queen beds and four twin beds.

Clean & Walkable

Property was pleasant and clean, with a great rooftop deck for watching the sunsets. All of the neighbors were very friendly. Very walkable to the beach, restaurants, & bars. Only issue was google didn't seem to get the North Vs South in the property's street address correct so it routed us to an abandoned house about 2 blocks away. Once we made our way to the correct property everything was excelent!

Nice property! Very close to downtown!

Overall, the place was in a perfect location for our stay! The roof top deck was wonderful! and the house was beautiful. The only reason that I gave this property 4 stars is because the beds were horrible to sleep in. They were all rock hard, and not one of us in our party got any sleep because of them. There was also leftover trash in the garbage can on the rooftop deck that did not come from us. Needless to say, it was pretty gross trying to clean it out with no garbage bag in it.
