THE SPACE
This 2-bedroom townhouse sleeps up to 8 across four beds — a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed setup ideal for kids or flexible groups. The bright, coastal living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen, and fast WiFi (300 Mbps) with a dedicated workspace makes it easy to log a few hours remotely before hitting the beach.

THE BEDROOMS
The primary suite features a spacious king bed with blackout curtains for a great night’s sleep. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The flex room includes a bunk bed — perfect for kids or additional guests. Two Roku TVs mean everyone can unwind on their own schedule.

THE LOCATION
Just 2–3 minutes on foot to the beach — close enough to come and go multiple times a day without moving the car. Pier Park is 8 minutes away, Topgolf is 5 minutes, and some of PCB’s best dining and shopping is right around the corner.
