The property was nice and had a great view but the condo smelled of mildew. Not sure where the smell was coming from but we bought air fresheners that didn’t even help out. The shower head was broken. We loved the grand Panama but will be staying in a different condo next time we go back.

Home was well maintained, beds were comfortable, location was great. Would only say that kitchen was not as well stocked for full meal prepping, but had everything we needed for basic meals.

There was an oder that smelled like urine when we arrived. I let them property management know immediately and asked if I could spray fabric freshener on the couch as that is where the Oder seemed to be coming from. They were very nice and very apologetic. Other than that the property was perfect. We also enjoyed some of the attractions close by. The pirate dinner and Glow Float were our favorites! The pizza place down stairs is also very good.

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location to the beach was great and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall stay was great. Love the view and location. Love the ease of the beach access. Parking was HORRIBLE! You better not leave or you will be parking in the back lot. Had pets so checkin process was crazy. Although you did all necessary paperwork online you still have to go to the front desk to get pet tags. Front desk was so busy I had to come back. Wasn't aware you had to have your pet records to check your dogs in but luckily I had a picture in my phone. There's an additional fee for each of your pets outside of the pet fee so beware. You also have to pay for a parking pass just to be able to park on the property. Our door code stopped working on our last day and the front desk could not let me back in. I had to contact the host and wait while locked out because front desk was no help. Had to rest the door code over the phone. Different owners from the resort.

Grand Panama

The host maintained a great level of communication which made the whole process much easier. The condo was in a great location and was very well kept. It was great for our group and we really enjoyed our stay!

My family and friends had amazing time. Grand Panama resort was very clean and the staff were very friendly . I would recommend this resort for a family trip or even a quite stay for two. I will definitely be coming back to stay again .

Great week long stay

This condo is perfectly located in PCB. It’s the perfect size for our family of 4. It’s clean and well fitted for all of your needs. Recommendation for future guests: Park in the garage next to the building, not the one below!

I sent info on our dog and four times was told that everything was ok good to go. Got their and they would not allow our dog to stay. They said he was to big. Even though i sent to them pictures of the dog and they said it was ok. We got their and my son had to go and find somewhere to stay with the dog. This cost us another 450.00 . I stayed in this condo by myself so it was a total waste. Had they or the condo told us ahead of our visit that our dog could not stay there I would have made other plains. But neither did, and they both had pictures. So I booked a family weekend vacation and had to stay by myself. I think I should have a refund coming
