'808 Escape' is a corner unit in tower2 with fabulous views of the beach, the strip & city from the balcony or from all of our windows!!It's a great spacious condo that is well decorated to make it feel just like home. There is plenty of space for families to share their beach experience & still be perfectly comfortable.
Our condo '808 Escape' is a corner unit, 5 floors above the parking deck across the skybridge from the beach, with GREAT views day & night!~~~All the PARKING, store, a 'HEATED' pool & Hottub, the FITNESS center & the front desk are ALL in Grand Vista (tower 2).~~~

In our condo 1,458 square feet. Bedrooms have Smart TV's. The master has a king bed, great bath with tub & separate shower and w/ access to the balcony. Bedroom two has a queen bed, access to the hall full bath & window views. Bedroom three has a queen bed, a private 3/4 bath & window views of the beach, the heated pool, the strip. Also, a daybed w/ trundle in the hall w/ curtain closure for privacy. Condo comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. (The Gulf front units 3 bedrooms ONLY have 2 baths, WE HAVE 3 BATHS; this is huge when you have many people or different families). We have views of the beach from our condo & can also watch The Strip night lights in the evenings.

Panama City Beach, FL has great shopping & dining at Pier Park which is only about 1.5 mile away!!! Baseball/softball people, Frank Brown Park is only about 1.5 away. Or, you could travel down Thomas Drive towards go-cart racing, amusement parks, Finns, PineappleWillys, Schooners or the state park. There are many places known by all PCB frequent visitors; Sharkies, Pineapple Willies, Schooners, Thomas Doughnuts, Salt Water Grill and many many more...The airport is also only about 20 minutes away!

Grand Panama Beach Resort is located between Alf Coleman and R. Jackson Blvd.

AGE: you must be 25 years of age to rent our condo at Grand Panama Beach Resort!

FULL weeks during the Summer months … Fall, Winter & Spring 3 night minimum.

PET(s): 2 dogs under 25lbs are allowed, $100 will be added to your stay on VRBO. *New* Jan 2026, At online check-in Grand Panama Resort requires a $50 per pet fee ($50 for 7 nights, and $5 each additional night) pet sleeve for your dogs leash. The pet leash sleeve must remain on their leash while walking on property. A copy of vaccinations records are required as well.

Repeat Guest receive a 10% Discount all year around! Call me for that discount.

DOOR KEYCODE: We will issue you a door key code about one week prior to your arrival for your stay, once all payments are made.

PARKING: Resort fee will be $55 for your stay (NOT per night) that includes a parking pass & guest wristbands. You will pay this to the Grand Panama rental online check in. The online registration info will be given once you book your stay. When you arrive registration desk they will give you parking pass & up to 10 wristbands. If you bring a second car that’s an additional $35. Only 2 cars are allowed. There is public parking just down the road or I have a contact for fenced lot about a mile away. No trailers are allowed except the two designated PCB bike weeks.
