'808 Escape' is a corner unit with fabulous views of the beach, the strip & city from the balcony or from all of our windows!!! It's a great spacious condo that is well decorated to make it feel just like home. There is plenty of space for families to share their beach experience & still be perfectly comfortable.
Our condo '808 Escape' is a corner unit, 5 floors above the parking deck across the skybridge from the beach, with GREAT views day & night!~~~All the PARKING, store, a'HEATED' pool & Hottub, the FITNESS center & the front desk are ALL in Grand Vista (tower 2).~~~

In our condo 1,458 square feet. Bedrooms have Smart TV's. The master has a king bed, great bath with tub & separate shower and w/ access to the balcony. Bedroom two has a queen bed, access to the hall full bath & window views. Bedroom three has a queen bed, a private 3/4 bath & window views of the beach, the heated pool, the strip. Also, a daybed w/ trundle in the hall w/ curtain closure for privacy. Condo comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. (The Gulf front units 3 bedrooms ONLY have 2 baths, WE HAVE 3 BATHS; this is huge when you have many people or different families). We have views of the beach from our condo & can also watch The Strip night lights in the evenings.

Panama City Beach, FL has great shopping & dining at Pier Park which is only about 1.5 mile away!!! Baseball/softball people, Frank Brown Park is only about 1.5 away. Or, you could travel down Thomas Drive towards go-cart racing, amusement parks, Finns, PineappleWillys, Schooners or the state park. There are many places known by all PCB frequent visitors; Sharkies, Pineapple Willies, Schooners, Thomas Doughnuts, Salt Water Grill and many many more...The airport is also only about 20 minutes away!

Grand Panama Beach Resort is located between Alf Coleman and R. Jackson Blvd.

FULL weeks; (Sat to Sat) during the Summer months … Fall, Winter & Spring 3 night minmum. NO longer term rentals!

PET(s): 2 dogs under 25lbs are allowed, A pet fee of $100 (per dog) will be added to your stay.

Repeat Guest receive a 10% Discount all year around! Call me for that discount.

DOOR KEYCODE: We will issue you a door key code about one week prior to your arrival for your stay, once all payments are made.

PARKING: Resort fee will be $50 for your stay (NOT per night) that includes a parking pass & guest wristbands. You will pay this money to the Grand Panama rental office at check in. If you bring a second car that’s an additional $30. Only 2 cars are allowed. There is public parking just down the road. No trailers are allowed.

WOW ! Blown Away......

The condo was exactly as described. The condo is located on the 8th floor and as soon as you came out of the condo into the hallway the blowers from the air conditioners from the other condos in the hall immediately blowed very hot air onto us waiting for the elevators. Which owner has no control over. But has complete control over the linens being used. I am very particular as to what I am sleeping on. I took a pillow case off in my room. And found it was disgustingly stained. All the pillows in all bedrooms, mattresses and bedspreads where all stained. Owners need to invest in plastic covers for the pillows, mattresses and make sure the blankets and bedspreads are clean. This review will most likely not make it on VRBO for a REAL review. To bad I can't put pictures on this review. I have pictures of all the pillows, mattresses and bedspreads.

It never disappoints

Loved our stay again this year. The location is great and allows us to walk to some eateries. The only downside is parking. We always go for the Memorial weekend so crowds are expected. Overall trip - this condo never disappoints.

Great family summer vacation!

We had a great family vacation this past week and highly recommend this condo! The owner was always very quick to respond and the condo was exactly as described. It was very roomy with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a trundle bed for the kids as well as a couple of beach chairs, a fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer. The condo is located near attractions, dining and shopping and the on-site pools, hot tubs, tiki bar and convenience store were awesome as were the views from the condo and balcony!! Parking wasn’t an issue for our two vehicles as there are parking spots in our tower (tower two) and also surface parking and a second two story detached garage which is where we typically parked. We also had our two little dogs with us and they enjoyed their stay and there is a nice dog beach nearby. We hope to stay here again in the future!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Good location BUT…

THE PARKING IS ATROCIOUS. VERY LIMITED. ONE NIGHT WE HAD TO PARK TWO HOTELS & HOPE WE DIDNT GET TOWED. EVERYTIME WE LEFT THE CONDO WE HAD TO CIRCLE AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR A SPOT. IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING & we weren’t the only ones. Everyone was complaining about the parking & lack of front desk help. The location of the condo and layout once inside was great for our family. The bedrooms have enough separation that everyone has their own space. The master is very tight AND located facing beach road so it was VERY noisy. The cars revving their engines lasted until the wee hours every night. The cleanliness was below average. There were empty bottles left under beds, dirty towels left in a bathroom and dirty clothes left in a closet that we found at check in. We did like that pets are allowed.

Amazing Condo!

At first I was skeptical because we were looking for something directly on the beach but this condo turned out to be perfect. There’s a walkway that connects the 2 towers which makes it easy to get to the second pool and beach. The condo itself was very clean, well stocked and had room for all 7 of us. We were only minutes from restaurants and activities for the kids. Would definitely book again!

Home away from home

Beautiful property. Our condo was just as listed on VRBO. Corner unit with excellent panoramic views. Loved the 3 baths and tile floors. Area is close to all types of shopping. If you have fur babies - this place is AMAZING and so clean. The walk over to the beach was very easy. Will definitely stay here again.
