Perfect for a short getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like to stay at the Grand Pines Motel as we don't usually only have a 2-4 night stay as an option (many resorts are best as full-week rentals). This fits all of the criteria of cute, convenient, and on the water!

My stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a list of concerns last year that I had expressed in this review that I feel were ignored and because they are basic items should have been taken care of based on the amount of money I pay. This year the toilet seat was broken in two rooms, one was mine. We do love the location, things just need to be updated and taken care of better.
