Very nice and spacious condo. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and the balcony was wonderful for morning coffee. The host, Amy, was very helpful and accommodating. She responds almost immediately to your emails. The pictures and listing information are very accurate. My wife and I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely place to stay overall!! The decor was great and everything was comfortable. All details were well thought out, so fun, and condo had everything we needed.We walked to Germantown area, but chose ride share for trips downtown. The neighborhood itself was a bit rougher. You can tell they are working on it. Just a few blocks away it was much cleaner and more developed.We especially appreciated the parking which was secure and spacious.

The beautiful river view, spacious patio, and convenient garage made the stay even better.The condo had everything we needed and more—comfortable beds, stylish décor, and all the small touches that make a trip feel special. It was the perfect home base for a memory-making getaway, and we truly didn’t want to leave.The host was extremely welcoming and a wonderful resource for ideas, offering great suggestions that made our stay even more enjoyable.We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Property and location felt safe and secure. Clean and fun room with Nashville iconic decor and amenities - nice touch with turntable and record albums featuring Nashville recording artists! We enjoyed the outside deck, view of the Cumberland River and watercraft traffic - barges and riverboat and small craft! My wife would normally prefer a scenic setting with trees and mountain ranges and maybe elk and birds of prey. But she really enjoyed the industrial setting along with its activity and the draw bridge was a surprising and intriguing bonus. Great, hassle-free experience!!!
