While the property is near a main road, most guests appreciate the easy access and find the normal street activity adds to the vibrant city feel. Inside, the home is well-insulated for a quiet, relaxing stay.

Parking Space:
-TWO complimentary standard‑size vehicles may park in front of the house ONLY.
-NO additional parking is available. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas—including on the street, shared driveway, grass, or neighboring areas will be subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense in accordance with local regulations.

House Rules & Essentials
- Guest count: Property can only accommodate up to 8 human beings, including infants
- We expect to accommodate only the number of individuals listed on your reservation (up to the limit of 8 headcount) . For insurance and safety purposes, please ensure that your reservation accurately reflects the number of guests. Failure to comply may result in a fee of up to $300 per additional person per night, and you may be required to vacate the premises without refund.
- If there are visitors during the stay, prior approval from the host is required; otherwise, you may be required to vacate the premises without refund.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests must sign all rental agreements within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be cancelled. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply, and cancellation fee is up to $100.

SECURITY DEPOSIT&ID: A security deposit hold of up to $300 and a government issued ID are required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. A security deposit of up to $1,500 is required if the booking exceeds 14 days. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check-in or the reservation will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply, and cancellation fee is up to $100.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. These devices record audio and video, triggered by motion. The devices will be active during guests' stay. Please note that recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are our top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our guests.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Contactless check-in via keypad. Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Guests may check in after 11 pm EST; however, they assume the risk that the host may not be available to assist with any check-in issues between 11 pm and 7 am EST.

An early check-in or late check-out can be requested but is not guaranteed. Early check-in and late check-out fees will be assessed accordingly.

Check-in details will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival date, via platform messages and/or email, once your security deposit hold has been successfully reserved, as required by the house rules, 3 days prior to your arrival date.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to ensure they can recoup eligible expenses in case of cancellations, providing peace of mind for future trips.
