Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Bedroom 2: Full bed + twin bed

Living room: Sleeper sofa, Smart TV with cable, board games, books

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, 2-in-1 Keurig & drip coffee maker, French press, cooking basics, dishware, and flatware

Outdoor & Community Amenities:

Private hot tub for relaxing evenings

Spacious screened-in deck with seating, charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal)

Catch & release pond, playground, swings, horseshoes, football goals

This is a true rustic cabin, deep in the woods — it’s not a Hyatt hotel! While there are other cabins on-site, each has plenty of space in between to enjoy your privacy. Nights are dark and perfect for stargazing, and the surrounding forest invites hiking, exploring, and wildlife spotting.

*Note: The basement level of the Lodge is used as a private managers office. We aren`t in there often, but it is on the lower level. It is separate and private from the main portion of the Lodge. Thank you, feel free to ask me questions on that if needed.
House Rules for White Oaks Cabins

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM | Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins or on the property.

No Parties or Drugs: Parties, events, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Trash & Cleanliness: Please take out your trash and leave the property as you found it.

Towels & Linens: Leave used towels in the shower or bathtub. No need to strip or remake the beds — we will handle laundry.

Respect the Staff: Be sure to tip your housekeeper for their service.
