Our stay at oceans one resort was wonderful, check-in and checkout was a breeze. The building and grounds were very clean and kept up. The room was clean and comfortable. The pools and hot tub were clean and just the right temperature. I would definitely stay at this resort again.

Location, view, cleanliness, good parking, security-all as promised. Check in a little confusing, but not a big issue. Hope to stay in this unit again next year.

Fantastic location. Wonderful host. Easy parking. Dolphins were playing in the surf every day. Plenty of room for the four of us. The heated indoor pool and hot tub was a great bonus as it was a bit colder outside than we are used to being from Florida.If you are looking for a beautiful location close to all of the attractions look no further than Oceans One.

I am incredibly disappointed with my stay at Ocean Once in Myrtle Beach and would not recommend this property to anyone.Before even arriving, I was frustrated to find out they charge a mandatory, non-refundable fee for "minor damages." What makes this an absolute joke is that the room itself was already heavily damaged, and multiple things simply did not work when we checked in.The cleanliness was unacceptable. We found a soiled towel left in the bathroom and nasty food crumbs crammed in the gap between the stove and the counter. On top of that, the jet tub, the hair dryer, and several electrical outlets were completely broken.The sleeping arrangements were just as awful. The beds were completely worn out; one mattress had massive dips right in the middle, while another had metal springs actively poking into your back. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep.To make matters worse, the amenities outside the room were neglected too. The hotel hot tubs barely worked, and the water inside them was visibly dirty.Paying a non-refundable damage fee for a place that is already falling apart and dirty is insulting. Avoid this place at all costs.

Wish you had made us aware of these issues during your stay, instead of asking for a refund after your stay, so we would have had the opportuity to fix any issues or help you to operate some equipments to make your stay more pleasant. The jetted tub worked if you reset it using the hidden button. Some outlets are controlled by the swithces. We have a maintenance crew standing by in the hotel for any issues you would have brought to us. Our housekeepers are also responsive if they need to go back to address any issue. We checked in thinking it was a “luxury condo” as stated in the description. Not sure where to begin on the review but for starters, the beds were absolutely horrible. Like a cheap hotel mattress that needed to be replaced 5 years ago. The kitchen microwave vent was broken and just stuffed into the cabinet above it so it would blow dust at you if turned on. The fridge had a cap missing inside of it where the freezer would drip down into whatever you had stored in the fridge so we had to use a glass bowl to catch the water. The ceiling in the kitchen had spots of black mold on it from moisture and as well as part of the vents throughout the entire condo. Toilets weren’t securely fastened to the floor. Furniture was sub par and to top it all off, the beach was closed due to “dredging” that was needed to be done during the entire stay, which was not disclosed to us prior to booking. So there were bulldozers, trucks, flat beds all throughout the day/night making noise and it was about a 1/4 mile walk to get beach access, even though it was stated that it had “beach front access.” I would not recommend this place and I’m just giving you my honest review. Not happy with the price we paid, I feel like it should’ve been discounted.

The 11th floor condo was advertised as luxury, the only thing you are paying for is the view/ location. We traveled with kids and while the pool area was good there's no bathroom near the pool area so we had to take the kids back to the condo to potty everytime which was a hassle. The interior of the building is run down and the condo needs lots of update. There are holes in the condo wall and the ceiling on the bathroom was peeling. The freezer was leaking into the refrigerator. The livingroom tv did not work. If you are used to high standard condo/hotel, this place is not for you, consider other options.
