Enjoy this comfortable condo on the 11th floor with ocean view balcony
Spacious two bedroom condo on the beach. Come enjoy the beach, heated indoor and outdoor pools, and tons of other amenities. Gated indoor parking deck, conveniently walk to the elevators from your car in the parking deck. Very secure and well managed resort to enjoy a relaxing family vacation.

Show your ID and license plate number to the front desk ,who will issue the key cards to the building and room and up to two parking passes.
Then you may drive your car to the blue tall building to the south (right) of the registration office, and use the key card to open the gate to the garage. Please unload on the ground floor as luggage carts are only on this floor.
Then you may park on any level of the parking deck where a space available. You would need the key cards to open the door to the elevator area.

Check in and check out were smooth. Janet was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. Parking in the garage was easy. Easy access to the beach. The airport, Walmart, the mall, etc was close and easy to access. Only complaint was the uncomfortable living room furniture. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough great things about Janet and her space. Communication was great, including when she reached out to see how check-in was. The room was spotless upon arrival. We loved watching the dolphins in the morning from the balcony, easy access to the beach and the kids especially loved the lazy river. We had such a great vacation and will definitely book with Janet in the future. Highly recommend!!

The host was very welcoming. The unit it self needs some TLC . I was expecting a prestige unit what I got was a hotel with a living space. The carpets need a good cleaning the tub has mold.

My friend and I were in town on a golf trip and this condo worked perfectly. It was centrally located between all the courses we played, and it was exactly as advertised. I would stay here again.

The place was really nice, especially the location! The ocean view from the balcony was amazing - we got to see the sunrise twice in our stay. It was perfect for our group which included 2 families. Would strongly recommend.

This is a well-loved condo and very nicely decorated. Very clean furnished. Convenient to south end, Surfside, Garden City. Hot tub was amazing! Beds are comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped and view was wonderful for ocean view unit. Perfect for 3 or 4 people! We enjoyed our time there.
