Very nice unit. Short walk onto the beach, and beach chairs/umbrella included. Walk to local restaurants, shopping, bars, and the famous PCB Pier. Would certainly recommend and book again in the future

I love the location of the unit. While some don't care for the first floor, I like seeing the view of the pool leading out to the ocean! The owner is very responsive and I have stayed in this unit three times.

Condo was perfect for two people. It is on the bottom floor and the elevators are right out your front door and the pool is directly in front of your patio. This wasn’t a big issue but sometimes would get a bit noisy. Despite that we will rent this condo again.

I highly recommend this room , ground level pool side , ocean side views , no elevator use required go outsid , Owners /manager was great we went for a birthday trip and they surprised us with flowers , and a treat for the b-day girl. Very sweet !! Room was clean, & spacious with beautiful decor . Only complaints were with the condo were facility parking issues the whole time , the gates scanner wouldn't read codes and it was a nightmare getting in and out of the parking garage . There was supposto to be a security guy there to open the gates but he was never at his post. You had to wait for him to wonder back. Great time awesome ,views ! Best Birthday Trip Ever !! Thanks to my Sweet Hubby & The Owners !!

Awesome location, amazing accommodation, fully equipped for a great stay. Felt like I found my home place. So relaxing and comfortable with views of tranquility out over the gulf.

Great stay

Perfect location right on the beach and steps away from pier park. Super convenient being on the first floor, which meant no waiting for the elevator. The host was great, very clear communication. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we’re back in the area.

We've been married 32 years and have five children, and 5 grandchildren and we're still honeymooning:-)!!! Trips to the beach are definitely part of our 'magic.'

Ed's mother moved 35 miles north of here around 1994 so our five children grew up coming to PCB and Shell Island for family vacations. We absolutely LOVE it here and love sharing the experience with others.

We purchased a one-bedroom condo in 2009 for Ed's father to spend the winters and for our vacations, and for sharing too. We now have more than 308 reviews in our four condos with a 4.8-star average in each condo.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You get to work with Yulia, our daughter-in-law. Yulia is an immigrant from Ukraine. She put herself through college in a foreign land and our son was so lucky to meet and marry her. Yulia goes the extra mile because she LOVES making your family trip successful. She LOVES getting to know our guests and she often does extra things for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. She's wonderful and you'll love her and come back again and again like sooo many of our other regular guests.

Wow, where to even begin! I traveled here with three of my friends to celebrate graduating college. Knowing this, Ed and Yulia left us a very thoughtful graduation gift, complete with a balloon and card! This was just the icing on the cake of a wonderful stay. Unloading and parking was very easy, and the resort staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very clean and we had no issues with elevators being slow. The beach was so accessible and the chairs and umbrellas were an amazing part of our stay. The condo itself is GORGEOUS. Seriously, we felt so pampered. Everything was super clean and homey, and the decor was delightfully beachy. The view from the balcony is incredible!!! The weather was perfect too which just added to the stay. From start to finish, our trip was so easy. After seven hours of driving the smooth check in process and stay was much appreciated. Would love to come back as a reunion!
