This 9th floor condo is amazing in every way! It has a view from every single room including the bedroom ! It is clean and beautifully decorated and very comfortable. You will enjoy incredible sunsets as the unit is slightly angled to the west. Being on the 9th floor allows for some amazing nature viewings! Pineapple Willies is right next door as well as many other restaurants and attractions within walking distance . The kitchen is well appointed and super clean and modern with all the comforts of home. The beaches are the star of the show, never crowded as they can be in other locations, and a short walk from the building. There are three sparkling pools for your enjoyment. There is plenty of parking as well. Come stay with us! We promise that you will enjoy your stay and will want to come back again! There is line dancing, trivia, live music and karaoke nearby! Feel free to ask me for recommendations. The Sea Screamer is lots of fun… especially the sunset cruise. Walmart is within walking distance and there are 24 hour security guards at the gated entrance. It sleeps 4 but we also have a rollaway bed if you need it. You will receive personal service as we are not a massive management company. All responses are personal… not AI generated… and we also provide you witha phone number after your booking is complete😎Prepare to be amazed and very happy in this charming Sunbird unit.

Needs new furniture

The place was very nice with new kitchen and bedroom furnishings but the couch and two chairs need to be replaced. We would not sit on them with a covering on them

Perfect PCB Condo!

This condo is exactly as listed and shown, and perfect! The balcony view is amazing, and seeing the ocean from bed is one of my favorite points of this property. Check in was easy, everything in the property and in the condo itself was clean, the bed is very comfortable and the property manager was communicative and welcoming. The Sunbird location is key, too! Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, including Pineapple Willy's being nearly next door. This is the 3rd year my kids and I have gone to PCB for their spring break and the 2nd year in a row we've stayed in this condo and I would absolutely stay here again over and over.

Relaxing vacation before Thanksgiving!

The condo was very nice. Just what we were looking for. It was clean and just like the pictures. Not too big and not too small. Everything we needed was available. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Retirement road trip

This condo was exactly as described, great view, decorated cute, comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and 2 recliners to relax in. We appreciated having a fridge with the ice maker. We spent time on the beach, which is steps away, and also at the heated pool. The elevators were speedy - we never had to wait to go up or down. We’d definitely come back to this condo and this resort.
