Stunning 2BD/ 2BA Beachfront Condo

Come and relax in this stunning, modern and fully updated 2 Bedroom/2 bath condo on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Madeira Beach, FL. This unit is direct beachfront where you can watch the dolphins play or enjoy a perfect sunset night after night from your private balcony complete with chairs and loungers.

This beach front condo is decorated with a bright, airy and modern design. From the moment you walk in the door you will feel surrounded by luxury. This 3rd floor unit has it all.
* ADMIN FEE AND BOOKING FEES ARE NONE REFUNDABLE.
CANCELLATION POLICY- Rental deposits & payments are refundable ( minus admin and booking fees) if the reservation is cancelled 61+ days prior to check-in. Cancellations 60 days to 31 days will receive a 50% refund. Reservations with 30 days or less until arrival date do not receive a refund. All cancellations incur the admin and booking fee. We encourage all renters to purchase trip insurance.
* Each unit at Seaview Condominiums is individually owned and operated. Each unit offers different stocked items, decorations, sleeping accommodations and furnishings.
* Registered guest will complete the registration area below with names and ages of all persons staying in the unit. Failure to return this form could result in voiding your confirmation or booking. Payment of deposit implies consent by guest to abide by all applicable rules and agreements.
* CHECK-IN time is 4 PM.
* CHECK-OUT time is 10 AM. Housekeeping will arrive promptly at 10AM. A $100 fee per hour will be charged to the credit card on file if you are not checked out by 10AM. Upon departure please run the dishwasher, wash BEACH TOWELS and take out the trash. ($25 charge is not done)
* PARKING-ONE ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. AVOID TOW CHARGES and park only in the space with your unit number printed on the bumper or side wall. Each condo has one assigned parking space and vehicle must display a parking hang tag left inside the unit.. Visitor parking spaces are available on a first-come basis.. All vehicles on Seaview property must display a parking hang tag.
* GUESTS PARKING-Any visitor vehicle, invited by a registered guest, must display a Seaview Issued hangtag. Cars not displaying a Seaview parking permit will be subject to being towed. There are off-site parking lots available for a weekly charge. Please call for details.
* GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY-Registered guests will at all times respect the rights and comfort of others, and refrain from any activity or loud noise which may disturb or interfere with the rights and comfort of other persons. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 9AM.
* PET POLICY-NO PETS or ANIMALS, no exceptions. Each unit is an individually owned residential condominium unit.
* PERSONAL PROPERTY-NO WEAPONS ALLOWED ON PREMISES, forfeiture of security deposit if weapons found . All personal items should be kept inside unit. No storage of personal property outside of unit or hallway. Guest is responsible for security of any personal items, either in the unit or in parked vehicles. Neither Seaview Condominiums, Inc. nor Seaview Vacations, Inc. is responsible for any stolen property or damaged vehicles on the property.
* COMMUNITY POOL POLICY-Pool and hot tub area open daily at 9AM and closes at 10PM. Florida Department of State requires children under age 12 must have adult supervision in the pool & hot-tub. ANY GUEST OR GUESTS' VISITOR CAUGHT TRESPASSING IN POOL AREA AFTER HOURS WILL BE CHARGED $500 FINE PER OCCURANCE
* POOL BANDS MUST BE WORN WHILE IN THE POOL AREA. Proper attire must be worn in the pool and hot tub. Thongs and Street clothes are NOT PERMITTED.
* Children not potty trained are required to wear appropriate swimmers. Guests not abiding by this policy will be asked to leave the pool area.
* GLASSWARE PROHIBITED IN POOL AREA. Broken glass in the pool and hot tub area WILL require closing the area for several hours and guest not following this rule will be responsible for clean-up costs.
* Lounge chairs may NOT be “reserved” by PLACING TOWELS on them. Loungers are for all guests use and once you leave the pool area they are up for others to use.
* PORTABLE COOKING UNITS- are not permitted on Seaview property.
* SECURITY DEPOSITS- May be held if there is damage or excessive cleaning required. Guest will pay to replace or repair any property lost or damaged by guest or guests' visitors. Unit must be left in good condition upon departure. If extra cleaning is required by housekeeping, a portion of your security deposit will be held to cover the cost associated with the cleaning.
* HURRICANE AND SEVERE WEATHER POLICY- No refunds will be issued in the event of a Tropical Storm or Hurricane unless there is a state issued mandatory evacuation. There is no guarantee of weather conditions. There will be no refunds as a result of early departure.
* INCLEMENT WEATHER-Cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant any refund. Including but not limited to Tropical Storms, Hurricanes or Red Tide.
* SMOKING OR VAPING- inside units is strictly prohibited. Smoking OR Vaping is allowed in the designated areas only. SMOKING INSIDE A UNIT OR THE SMELL OF SMOKE, WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
* AGE REQUIREMENT-The Property must be occupied at all times by an adult OVER THE AGE OF 25 for the duration of the stay.

Beautiful condo, right on the beach. A wonderful stretch of beach that wasn't crowded or too close to public acess. Lovely week overall.

Amazing condo!

We had such a great time here! The condo is absolutely beautiful and very spacious and the location is perfect! Right on the beach with a pool right next to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shops. We loved it here!

Great Vacation

Beautiful property that was centrally located for all our needs. Beautiful beach, the condo itself is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable, loved the open space, bright with the natural light. Balcony was great for being able to enjoy a nice family dinner as very spacious. Highly recommend

A wonderful beachfront location.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was just as shown online. Maybe even better. The kitchen was huge with tons of cabinets & storage space. All rooms were roomy. A great place to stay and relax.

Beauty on the Beach!

Loved the place! The furniture, countertops, showers, tile work etc. all of it wonderful. Beds slept great and it was a short walk to the beach, pool or hot tube. We will stay there again. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place.

Beautiful beach and condo

I gave this a 4 star because the cleaning could have definitely been better. The condo is beautiful and so is the view and beach. Communication with owner was very prompt. A few things I will mention as I know it was a problem for us and may be for others although totally out of the control of the owner but good info to know. We were unable to sit on our balcony and enjoy it whatsoever because the guests next to us were chain smoking on their balcony every day. We are very sensitive to cigarette smoke and our son has a heart condition and can not be around second hand smoke. The other thing that was a major problem for us is that a vast majority of the people on the beach in this particular area were very distasteful in their attire. Again, owner obviously has zero control over this but if you are a family and have children, just beware that there is a LOT of inappropriateness. This was a major let down for us. Everyone has their own style and taste. Seems that the majority of the population was a much younger crowd and majority of girls had extremely revealing tops and complete thong bottoms. Not just skimpy but full thong. In the evenings, a lot of people drinking, vaping. If those things don't bother you, you will love it here. We go to Florida every year and honestly have never had this problem on any beach we have stayed at. Sure, you will see an occasionally inappropriately dressed person but never that being the majority. We had to pick up and move several times otherwise just trying to sit and enjoy the ocean view, we had girls bottoms in every which way. There is also a LOT of noise in the condo from rooms above. If you have young children you don't want woke up, this is something to think about. Every time someone scooted a chair out from the table or opened/shut doors etc it seemed extremely loud to us. Not trying to be picky, but these are things that some families would appreciate knowing ahead of time. The room itself was beautiful and well stocked kitchen. We are also accustomed to making a long trek to the beach and this was just a short walk right outside the pool which was SO nice!!

Fantastic condo for family of 4 with 2 teens! Condo is wonderful inside and location amazing!

Flawless experience! One hiccup with not enough beach chairs, but owner super willing to fix quickly. Restaurants across street both great and so much in walking distance. The Madeira Beach sand is sooo soft and the pool area very clean. Always a pool lounger available. Ladies at checkin desk super helpful. Can’t wait to go back again and rent same condo!
