A scenic relaxing setting and excellent location for exploring the south end of the Island. Our lovely hosts were amazing — so hospitable and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2-week stay. We enjoyed wandering along the beach and marina just steps away. A perfect spot for couples. We would definitely return (and maybe try out some kayaking).

I do not take leaving a poor review lightly. I have been a host on VRBO in the past and have stayed in countless VRBO's. We reserved both Units at Fiona's property. Because of this, there was a clarifying phone call prior to our trip to confirm that we were travelling with my family of 5 and possibly my mother. We arrived around 9pm after a 10hour day of travel. We made a quick stop at a grocery store for supplies for a quick dinner with the thought of throwing a pizza in the oven and getting right to bed. We met Fiona, who showed us into the property. The entrance is the main front door of their personal residence. We were led down some stairs through a dog gate, and discovered that the rooms did not have a private entrance and that despite a fridge and oven being listed in the provided amenities, we were told that they in fact are not available. We were surprised, tired, and disappointed, but were thinking, lets make this work for the night and look for an alternative option in the morning. Fiona, however, had other thoughts. She did not recall the conversation clarifying the size of our party. She also did not like that we questioned the amenities as listed, so WE WERE ASKED TO LEAVE. I still had grocery bags of chocolate milk and OJ in hand.

The details provided by this “guest” are complete falsehoods as written communications between us on the VRBO platform as well as my phone records attest. I am a premium host and in communication with VRBO about this guest and will not comment further other than to say that when individuals are clearly in the wrong and then attempt to bully the host, it is a sad commentary on their lack of moral compass and integrity.

Our hosts were very accommodating and polite. The place was extremely clean and tidy. The location was excellent with many convenient amenities and attractions nearby.

Simply a beautiful place to spend some time. Lots of outdoor activities in the area. Would work if you are on foot, but much better with a vehicle.

A wonderful place to stay!

I would highly recommend staying here. Fiona and Isabelle are wonderful, accommodating hosts and it is in a very picturesque setting. I would stay again in a heartbeat if we ever go back to the area. There are great amenities within walking distance and it is centrally located for anything that you would like to do on the east coast of the island.

Fantastic spot!

Beautiful location in Mill Bay. Gorgeous views both from inside the suite and from the garden and beach. Lovely, warm hosts with great attention to detail. Can walk into the village and to Brentwood.

Glad you enjoyed the spectacular ocean views. As the online unit description makes abundantly clear - the unit you chose does indeed share our main front entryway. Once in the house however, and on the second floor, you have the entire spacious second floor unit all to yourselves. We do have a unit with its own private entrance - but it was already reserved for the dates you requested. Mill Bay Moments is a popular spot! I had the pleasure of being hosted by two incredible ladies who made my stay unforgettable. When my motorcycle broke down, they didn’t just offer kind words – they personally helped me. They drove me to the ferry and went truly overboard to make sure I was taken care of in the best possible way. Their generosity, hospitality, and kindness went far beyond what anyone could expect. If you’re looking for a place where the hosts genuinely care, this is it. I cannot recommend them enough!

Lovely, peaceful spot

What a beautiful property! This suite is on the top floor of the host home, so the view is spectacular! (But be warned: there are steep stairs.) The unit is cozy and comfortable and the hosts are very generous and accommodating. It was great to bring our kayak and be able to launch from their beach whenever we wanted to. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay.

Highly recommend!

Isabelle met my wife and I. She was extremely warm and helpful especially with our heavy luggage. The place was kept very clean and neat. Good size bathroom but the shower was rather small. The location was perfect for us to visit the Brentwood College School which is practically next door

Wonderful apartment, great location, lovely host

We booked this apartment for our daughter as it was close to Brentwood School. The school is a short walk away. The apartment is spacious, super clean and has a beautiful view of the bay. Fiona was exceptional. Super fast in responding to messages and always very kind, friendly and helpful. It was as if our daughter was staying with a family friend. Thank you vary much Fiona!

Beautiful Spot

We loved Fiona and Isabella's beautiful home, their warmth, and especially their sweet dogs, Jackson and Maggie. The upstairs rental was well equipped and nicely decorated. The only thing we were a little surprised by is how small the area is with the twin beds; it was hard to tell from the pictures. However, the amazing view from the window there, and the ocean breezes really made up for it. Thanks for a lovely weekend!
