Located on a quiet lane, this home features a large fenced-in yard and is just a short walk to a dedicated dock on Ossipee Lake. Enjoy beach sandy shoreline, ideal for swimming, kayaking, or simply soaking up the sun.

Guests can enjoy the nearby community beach and boat launch, just a short walk or drive away! Guests can park a car but no trailer parking allowed.

Renters can access the community beach and boat launch by turning left out of the drive onto Sherwood Forest Way, then turn left at the red #65 sign. Continue down the road, pass the No Trespass & Private Stop sign to reach the waterfront area. Strictly NO TRAILER PARKING allowed in this area!

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.
Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
