KITCHEN - Satisfy your culinary desires in the chef's kitchen and gather around the large 10-12 person dining table for memorable meals. From high end stainless steel appliances to oils and spices, grandma has everything she needs to cook up a delectable meal.

GAME ROOM- Step into the game room, a haven for endless entertainment featuring a pool table, dartboard, comfortable sitting area, an array of board games, and even a classic Pac-Man arcade machine, promising hours of fun for all ages.

LOFT- Ascend to the loft area, a versatile space designed for both productivity and relaxation. Discover a well-appointed work desk, a cozy sitting area perfect for unwinding with a book or catching up with friends, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for added comfort and convenience.

BATHROOMS - On the first floor, indulge in a luxurious bath experience with a bathtub, while the second floor offers a convenient stand-up shower. HOT TUB - Unwind in the brand new 7-person hot tub nestled just off the deck. Let the soothing jets melt away your aches and pains after a thrilling day of skiing or hiking, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.

DECK - The expansive deck offers an abundance of seating options, including a dining table comfortably accommodating 8-10 guests, all under the shade of an oversized umbrella. Fire up the gas grill for delicious outdoor meals and enjoy family gatherings at the kids' picnic table, ensuring everyone has a place to relax and enjoy the outdoors in style and comfort.

FIRE PIT - Gather around the fire pit located in front of the house, where six sleek Adirondack chairs await. Toast marshmallows, cozy up by the fire, and lose yourself in the mesmerizing dance of the flames—the ideal way to unwind after a thrilling day hiking.

COMMUNITY:

Our community amenities include access to a private beach area, outdoor swimming pools, lake access for fishing and non-motorized boating, a children's playground, and basketball and tennis court areas. The beach and pools are open from 11 AM to 7 PM, starting Memorial Day weekend and closing Labor Day weekend. Please note that dates and availability are subject to change by the HOA, and pools and lakes may be closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued in such events.

Pool Access Info:
Guests can enjoy the community pool by purchasing wristbands for $10 per person, valid for the entire stay. Wristbands can be picked up at the HOA office or the Seneca Pool Snack Shack: Seneca Trail, Albrightsville, PA 18210

Kids under 5 years of age do not need a wristband to swim.
It’s quick and easy—and then it’s pool time!

Please note we located in a gated community and you'll need to check in at the guard stand when you enter. Please allow some extra time to do so. There is absolutely no speeding in the community and is strictly reinforced (cameras). Guests are responsible for any fines and citations.

No speeding in the community. All tickets and citations will be passed onto the guests.


PETS:

***Pet rules (dogs only)***
1. The dog cannot be left unattended outside or inside of the house.
2. Please pick up and dispose of waist from the yard
3. There will be a pet fee of $150 per dog - maximum two pets.

Getting around:
Access to the cabin may be inhibited by winter weather. 4-wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter. The main road to the cabin is plowed but the snow can accumulate quickly. We provide local snow removal for the driveway which occurs after the snowstorm had passed.

NOTE:

NOISE POLICY:
We want everyone to have a fantastic stay while respecting our neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere of Twin Pines Lodge. Our property is equipped with a noise monitoring device, and we strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Outdoor noise, including music, is strictly prohibited after 10 PM. Excessive noise at any time—indoors or outdoors—may result in a fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund. Please be mindful and help us maintain a serene environment for all—your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

NOTE:
***We’ll guide you through a quick HOA registration before your stay to make arrival smooth and stress-free.
***Guests are not permitted on the property without an adult who is 25 years or older. The booking guest must be 25 years or older and remain on the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
***Guests are required to register with the HOA at least 2 business days prior to arrival. Any reservations past 2 business days may result in $150 fee
***Bringing additional guests without notifying the owners will incur a penalty of $150 per night.
