It is a prime location in Emerald Lakes (non- gated) Community featuring 6 Lakes, 2 pools and indoor/outdoor activities. You are just minutes away from lakes, Kalahari Water Park Camelback ski resort , hiking, Mount Airy Casino and The Crossing Premium Outlets . Arbor House has a great vibe and it is a perfect getaway spot for family and friends to enjoy the Poconos! Full kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a loft, 2 full bathrooms and sunroom will make you stay super comfortable in our house Also includes 65” 4K Smart TV with Netflix subscription ,WiFi, Washer/Dryer, 8-player Poker/Black Jack table top and chips, table games, toys for kids and high chair, propane grill , outdoor sauna and 7 person 90 jets brand new hot tub!!! Stayed here in the beginning of December. Loved the pellet stove and that "winter cabin" feel in the Poconos. Especially loved the hot tub in the evenings. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Thanks again!!

Host was very communicative and helpful! We were a group of 9 staying for an event in the area and it was a great home for our weekend. The hot tub and sauna were amazing additions that were used almost daily. Great stay!

My girlfriend and I were really excited to stay at this place — everything was very clean and perfect. It also has a sauna, a hot tub, a grill, and a fire pit. It's super cozy, and right when you walk in, to the right of the door, there's a guide with different types of restaurants categorized by culture and country. On top of that, it's very peaceful and has a fully equipped kitchen. To keep it short, my girlfriend and I didn’t want to leave — we wanted to stay longer, even though we stayed for 4 days. We absolutely loved it.

To start, the host was accommodating with our request for an early check-in. It was Thanksgiving day and we had driven from 3 different states with all of our holiday fixings, so we were happy Alesia was kind with her offer to check-in at 2:00. We got there early, 1:30, and there was a car in the driveway, so we sat patiently till our 2 o’clock check in time. I hadn’t gotten a check-in code from host, so we knocked on the door, and the lovely woman who was cleaning was surprised as she had not been informed of an early arrival. And let us know the earlier group had checked out late. She was so kind and apologetic, (not her fault of course) and asked if we could please just give her another hour, and amazingly, she whipped it into tiptop clean in 45 minutes. We understand “life happens”, but it would’ve been good to know in advance as we had our entire Thanksgiving meal for 9 in the car. After

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property. The host had very good communication with us and she tried addressing any issues that we encountered. On the other hand the place lacked overall cleanliness, upon entering we noticed a foul odor, especially in the coat closet. The smell was unbearable, the towels and bathroom smelled moldy. We tried washing the towels but this was an inconvenience to us, being we were a party of 10. The kitchen window was dusty and dirty and the dish rack was moldy, i believe she needs a new cleaning company. Also being a large party we had our own cooking pots and we were not aware of the stove being an induction stove and we could not use our own, which was not disclosed in the property discription. Being there for that short period of time these little set backs took too much time from our stay but we did all enjoy the hot tub on this cold which made it all worth it.

Cleanliness was a concern during our stay. The couch was very worn and stained, and there was a noticeable mold or mildew odor throughout the home. I have photos documenting these conditions.We were also uncomfortable with outdoor cameras positioned toward the hot tub area. The hot tub and sauna were the main reason we chose this property. In addition, the hot tub directly faces a neighboring house, which already limits privacy. We were not aware of cameras directed toward this space prior to arrival.After contacting VRBO customer service, we were advised that cameras facing private-use areas like a hot tub should be clearly disclosed in the listing. We were also told they recommended the host consider a refund and that they were reviewing the camera placement.When we initially contacted the host, we did not receive a response. After mentioning that we planned to leave a review, the host asked what refund amount we would accept in exchange for not posting one.The beds were very comfortable and we liked the area, but improvements in cleaning and privacy would greatly improve the experience.

As Titled this was a Cozy Family House for a nice vacation

We rented this property for an extended Family Vacation weekend with our entire Family and Grandchildren. The property was very Cozy, and everything was very neat and clean. We enjoyed the fire pit and big deck in particular. The Property Owner was very responsive to any and all questions we had before and during our stay.

Awesome place to stay and relax.

I am renting houses on VRBO pretty often, so I have points to compare. The house is very clean inside and outside. All appliances are new. Fridge, stove, microwave, air fryer, outdoor grill, everything. Fridge is big and has icemaker which is really usable. Kitchen has everything you may need, even can of ground coffee for coffeemaker, even a first aid kit. Living room in the house has fireplace using pellets. I my opinion it is best type of fireplace which giving a heat without mess. Of course we did not use it, but for winter time it is a best choice. Canopy over the outdoor grill is very usable in rainy days (which we got one). It was nice surprise to have led lights in umbrella on the porch. All beds has new memory foam mattress. House is very well stuffed. Additional folding chairs and small tables are big plus. New outdoor hot tub was the point to rent this house. Contacts with Alesia was ease and informative. Highly recommended house for rent.

Lovely Home!

The home was beautiful and quaint! Good amount space and the scenery, deck and hot tub was fabulous. The owner was very accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. Any issues she immediately tried to fix! It is located in a wooded area and that kept the house cool, which I was concerned about because it was only one air conditioner (in master bedroom). Lots of deer sightings in the community😬but they were friendly😃. The pools were well kept and the house is closely located to most off sight activities!

we really like the house. very clean ,spacious with perfect outdoor porch with hot tub and fire pit. House is situated in woods so it was very comfortable in hot summer days when we stayed there. Definitely will come back in fall to enjoy all colors of tree leaves.

July 2022 family vacation

House is very nice, clean large hot tub. Clean deck, grill and seating outside. Owner was very responsive to all my messages ( had some small issues that were resolved). Indoor community pool was very nice, kids loved it. Outdoor pool was cold and dirty :( Only one beach was open when we went but it is nice and water is warm.
