The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything that Poconos has to offer from this centrally located place. Lots of room & beds for multiple families to have a relaxing getaway. Enjoy community pool in the summer & private hot tub all year. Games include air hockey & plenty of board games. Outdoor fire pit, grilling & dining area. Movie room with 100" projector plus 2 huge smart TVs.

This stunning property is the ultimate destination for families looking to create lifelong memories. The spacious and comfortable accommodation caters to guests of all ages. Engage in friendly competitions with our air hockey table and electronic dartboard, guaranteeing hours of entertainment. Rainy days are no problem with our extensive collection of board games, ensuring fun-filled indoor activities for everyone. Adults can unwind and relax in the hot tub or enjoy a movie night on our 100" projector screen. The large outdoor dining area equipped with a charcoal grill provides the perfect setting for delightful BBQ gatherings. There is also an outdoor firepit to enjoy some s'mores while surrounded by the woods (all supplies provided).

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the entire home and surrounding half-acre yard including the fire pit area and fenced-in outdoor dining area. You will also have access to the seasonal Community pool, Tennis Court/Basketball Court, and an outdoor playground - all located 2 min drive away.

Other things to note:

AGE REQUIREMENTS: We welcome friends and family groups, and the primary renter for each group must be 25 years or older. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns prior to booking.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: 10 guests (children 2 years or younger do not count towards this occupancy limit)

PRE-REGISTRATION: In accordance with local ordinances, guests will be asked to provide a list of guests and their vehicles about 7 days prior to the start of each reservation. ID may be requested at the time to verify age requirements. Thanks for understanding!

NO PARTIES. Please note that this is NOT a party house and we ask that guests be respectful of our neighborhood and observe the community's quiet hours of 11 pm - 8 am while outdoors.

NO FIREWORKS!!

KIDS & INFANTS: To make this a family-friendly property we have installed baby safety gates in all the staircases and have a fully fenced deck. Pack-n-play available upon request. Kids cutlery sets provided.

PETS: Well-behaved and housebroken pets under 50 lbs are welcome with a $55 per pet cleaning fee.

CARS: There is room in the driveway for up to 4 cars. When booking during winter months in the Pocono mountains, sudden accumulations of snow and ice is always a possibility. 4 wheel drive vehicles are highly suggested.

Host was very welcoming and accommodating! House and property were beautiful! Really enjoyed backyard that backs up to the woods. Nothing better then enjoying our morning coffee, looking out back as the snow falls and watching a family of deer walk through the property! Will definitely be back

House was clean and back yard was nice. The kitchen had a nice coffee bar and a lot of utensils not normally found in rentals which made cooking easier. I would recommend this property to others.

Sheets was dirty, No stopper in the tub had to use a rag. Shower in the main bathroom was not working. Could not use the fire pit cause it was not cleared out of snow.

We arrived at the property and were immediately impressed. The house was beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and incredibly clean. It was clear a lot of care and thought went into creating a comfortable and welcoming space.Unfortunately, due to a widespread power outage in the area, we were unable to stay. Power restoration wasn’t expected until around 3 a.m., and with small children and temperatures in the teens, it simply wasn’t safe to wait it out.The host was absolutely wonderful throughout the situation. She was incredibly understanding, supportive, and responsive, fully backing our decision to leave and ensuring we received a full refund without any hassle. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out.Despite not being able to stay this time, the combination of her demeanor and the beautiful property made the decision easy for us to rebook for a getaway redo. We very much look forward to returning and actually enjoying a relaxing family stay in her lovely home.

First off the house is BEAUTIFUL!!! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The host paid attention to little details in ensuring that the cabin was not only comfortable but also filled with all the necessities that truly made our stay unforgettable. Moreover, the host had helpful recommendations for local attractions and activities that truly enhanced our experience.
