Superbe 4 Bdrm House à Poconos, à proximité des parcs aquatiques Ski Resorts & Raceway

Notre maison (env. 2000 sq ft) est situé dans une communauté fermée sécurisée à Albrightsville PA. Il dispose de 4 chambres (3 chambres au 2ème étage et 4ème chambre au 1er étage), 2 salles de bain, une grande cuisine bien équipée et un beau et spacieux salon avec salle à manger. Chacune des chambres au 2ème étage a un lit queen size et un grand placard (une des chambres au 2ème étage a un lit queen size, un lit sleepsofa et un berceau de voyage disponible). Salle de bains au 2ème étage dispose d'une baignoire afin que vous puissiez prendre une douche rapide ainsi que de longue bain à bulles.

Il y a aussi grande allée pour jusqu'à 4 voitures.

Au 1er étage il y a une grande cuisine équipée avec tous les appareils nécessaires, y compris mais sans s'y limiter grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière électrique, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière. Vous trouverez différents pots et casseroles, tasses, ustensiles, garde-manger avec diverses épices et d'herbes et beaucoup plus. Vous pouvez avoir une collation rapide par îlot de cuisine ou une table, ou vous pouvez choisir d'avoir votre repas dans un salon par grande table à manger (holding 8-12 personnes).

Dans le salon, vous trouverez 2 grands canapés, une télévision à écran LCD de 47 pouces (Netflix disponible), un lecteur blue ray, un téléphone fixe et un accès internet wifi.

Il y a 4ème chambre au 1er étage avec 2 lits queen size.

Il y a aussi une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge.

Il est 2ème salle de bains au 1er étage avec douche.

Cuisine porte coulissante ouverte à une belle grande véranda (12 x40 pieds) et arrière-cour où vous trouverez un barbecue grand barbecue au gaz (pas de charbon de bois), un foyer et une piscine extérieure.

La communauté où est située la maison dispose d'un clubhouse, cinq lacs, 2 piscines extérieures et une piscine pour enfants (ouvert à partir fin Juin). Il y a également des courts de tennis et des terrains de basket-ball (tous les équipements collectifs sont disponibles avec des laissez-passer invités. Nous avons 10 laissez-passer de ce genre autorisés par la communauté). House se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de l'un des cinq lacs.

La maison est située à proximité de nombreux sites parmi lesquels vous pouvez trouver Camelback station de ski (30 minutes en voiture), parc aquatique Camelbeach (30 minutes en voiture), Pocono Raceway (15 minutes en voiture), les points de vente Corssings premium pour les acheteurs (25 minutes) , Shoprite supermarché (15 minutes) de sorte que vous pouvez facilement acheter tout ce que vous avez besoin quand vous arrivez.

Stay near Indian Mountain Lake

Stayed here with a few friends and made great use of the grill, hot tub, and pool. House was in a great location to get to other activities (hike, lake, restaurant, etc). Host was extremely communicative through and we had a wonderful stay.

Clean, spacious Pocono House

Perfect house for a girls weekend! Plenty of beds, lounging space, and tables for entertaining. Hot Tub was perfect after a day on the slopes.

Excellent place for family and friends.

It was a great stay where kids were excited about the big backyard to play, eat marshmallows at the fireplace and adults to relax in the jacuzzi. The host were very helpful and great at communication. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone. 💯

Family Staycation

We had a relaxing long weekend getaway where we didn’t leave the house and everyone enjoyed doing something in and out of the comfort of this home’s property. The pool table, foosball table, and projector were a complete hit during times of rain. And, the yard and deck were everything we imagined! From the hot tub, pool, and grill to the basketball hoop, yard and endless soccer games, our family had a blast!

Great home, beautiful and super clean. The house is huge, the pool, the hot tub were awesome.

Honestly the pictures on the site don’t do justice of how big and beautiful this home is. We had a little issue and the owner was there in a matter of minutes and took care of the issue immediately. Showed me how to work the hot tub and everything. Great person and the communication was top notch. Definitely will be back and highly recommended. I give this home 10 stars.

Nice rental

Other than some kitchen utensils I wished the house had (spatula, can opener, and mittens) the house was great. The hottub and pool was great, a few ppl had fun with the hammock. Just wished we got around to trying the firepit. House itself was cleaned but there were a few spiders and bugs around that couldn't be helped. The owners were super responsive and helpful.

good evening, thank you so much for the nice review. regarding the utensils that you are referring there that supposedly we do not have, we have 3 cabinets in the kitchen that just involve all of the utensils that are needed for the kitchen. I'am glad that you had an amazing and fun time during your stay. With the spiders and bugs it is part of nature so definitely agree that it can't be helped much. I hope to see you renting with us again in the future.

Mini vacation

Beautiful home and property and amenities. The only thing was pool uncovered and constantly had to clean with before using due dead insects and other debris from trees.The pool should have a cover to avoid this. The inside of home were a few spiders and flies in bedrooms and bathrooms. Hot tub was amazing. Everything else was great. Kids had a great time and didnt want to leave.

Every thing was beautiful, perfect for an entire family, just a few upgrades, needs mirrors in the bedrooms, you have to take turns to the bathroom to use mirrors. Also the living room needs a modern technology, apparently the projector is not the answer, there's no way to control the volume, you have to use your phone to download the movie app. Otherwise everything was great

Awesome house and backyard!!!

Our family had a great time at this house. It looks exactly like the photos, was super clean (our 9 month old was crawling around on the floor, it was spotless!) and was just so much fun. The pool in the backyard was perfect for our family of 4. The hot tub was awesome. The kitchen was great. The deck was incredible. We would totally come back another time! We recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway. We saw tons of dear!!! Very cool. We shopped for groceries at the local ShopRite, and re: actives we Went paddle boating on lake harmony (about 25 min away) and rented a motor boat on Lake Wala something (about an hour away). Book this place, you won't regret it!!

My review

The house was extremely cold during night. It didn’t has central heating system. The bathrooms were ice cold . The garage access was not provided to park our cars and driveway and roads within the community were filled with snow, sleet and were unsafe to drive. The wouldn’t recommend this house for winter stay .

BEWARE OF CAMERA FACING HOT TUB AREA!!

Our privacy was invaded. Owner did not disclosed that there is camera facing the hot tub. She constantly text me about the hot tub and called me during our stay asking if we wanted the hot tub and pool to be cleaned. She should have done that before guest arrived. Not during our stay. She constantly send someone to tell us to keep the hot tub covered because she constantly checks the camera … but she lied. She said she does not have access to those camera. For the money we spent, we deserved peace and comfortable during our stay.. not harassed and felt uncomfortable because owner constantly checks the hot tub area. The toilet downstairs don’t flush too… very disappointing… CAMERA SHOULD/ MUST BE DISCLOSED!!! Or atleast have a Huge sign warning the guest that certain areas are monitored. I took off my clothes there and used the hot tub, that’s when i noticed a camera pointing at me.

Thank you for your review and as much as we value all comments, tips and hints on proposed improvements, we also have the right to defend ourselves from reviews which intend to tarnish our image. We also feel obligated to warn other hosts against guests who use their words to extort money which are earned by hosts with hard work and to have weekend for half price or best for free. • We are not responsible for guests not paying attention to description on website listing, where it clearly says the outside of the house (and only outside) is equipped in surveillance cameras, also there are stickers with this information on corners of every window -they are not there for visual beauty but for guests to be aware of it. All cameras are widely visible for guests and they are for safety in case of any accidents, we have them for years as we are long time hosts, no one ever had any problems with them, especially that they are for safety. If anyone takes off their clothes outside of the house instead of change their clothes inside- it is their choice to be visible in the open area for everyone outside and also the neighbors to see them. • This is our common practice to check with the guests if they need cleaning of pool or hot tub during their stay, especially when the weather is not good and we know for a fact that when 10 guests plus kids use them the water gets dirty. The pool and hot tub is cleaned before guests’ arrival but we, as a courtesy, also ask guests during their stay if they need it as we want our guests to enjoy their stay and this practice always makes all guests happy. • Regarding hot tub cover, the guests informed us that was no power in outlet of the microwave, there was maintenance called to fix it as it occurred to be tripped fuse due to too many items were turned on at once by guests. The maintenance saw via porch glass door that the hot tub cover is completely not wrongly taken off the hot tub and as a result it got damaged. He knows damaging the hot tub cover will cost guests damage deposit, therefore he informed on correct way to store it-again as a courtesy. • The guests never mentioned anything about not working toilet, again in the agreement which guests should read with understanding there is statement that they have 24 hrs after their arrival to check and report any damages otherwise these will be counted towards their stay-mentioning broken toilet in the review after leaving while not mentioning it ever during their stay is simply not worth commenting. • Worth commenting is the fact that guests extensively used texting during their stay menacing in order to get back the cost they paid for the stay, they did not use app for that but were texting on cellphone, forcing host to return half of the cost-this practice is unforgiveable and we warn all hosts against taking guests of such sort. • As we are hosts for many years and we earned very good opinion and multiple 5 stars reviews during that time with our hard work and heart we put into renting out house we always welcome all honest gusts who want to spend time and enjoy their stay, who want to feel taken care of, who book their stay after reading the listing and rental agreement fully with understanding and agreeing with the points of it. Loved it

We loved it! The house had everything we needed for our long weekend. With one teenager and two kids and friends we had plenty of room for everyone! The hot tub, the Foosball table and the fire pit outside for smores, were a big hit. We totally recommend this property and want to repeat this experience again sometime in the future!

Pocono Getaway NearCamelback

This was a clean, well-maintained property with very accessible and helpful owners. We enjoyed nearby activities with our family of grandparents, parents and children.

Very clean, great communication from host

This is our 6th VRBO rental so we have a fair bit of experience. House was immaculate and host was extremely responsive. Plenty of beds. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean. Short walk to the lake for fishing. My suggestions for improvement would be to have measuring cups and spoons and a can opener in the kitchen (if these were available we never found them) and more large microwaveable serving size bowls. We also didn’t find any top sheets for the bed so sleeping without the air conditioning was tricky but we managed. Some board games would be a welcome addition. Internet was fast. Overall we loved our stay and can highly recommend the house.

Sister’s Spiritual Retreat

We had an amazing time! The place was clean, fully stretched with household items and instruction on our other needs. E are already planning our return for next year!

Amazing Experience!

The house and backyard were great. We had an amazing time and there were more beds than expected. The hosts communicated really quickly and accommodated us on a short notice. We really enjoyed the back patio that had plenty of furniture to have a nice BBQ. I recommend staying at this house if you are looking for a nice getaway.
