The host was excellent in communicating with our questions. Location of the cabin was outstanding, it is close to Gatlinburg but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town. The cabin is very well stocked and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is very important to us, so that we know how to improve. Even though your stay was super short, we would have appreciated the opportunity to hear if there was something that you needed. We would have certainly brought you a personal fan right away, if you only replied or tried to contact us, or commnicated with us in any way. There is a reason there is no fan in the bedroom downstairs. This is the first time anyone has ever mentioned the lack of fan, as it is usually quite chilly in the summer in the bedroom when the AC is on. Some guests even ask for extra blankets. There is a beautiful, large deck connected to the bedroom, so you could also get some fresh air anytime. We are very glad that you found the cabin very nice otherwise. We work hard to provide a great experience for our guests, and find a true joy in helping them create wonderful memories at Big Log. Hope we see you again in the future!

The cabin is great, hidden in the woods, it’s bear themed and sweet filled with hearts everywhere, quiet and we arrived to some small gifts from the host, which were unexpected and really sweet! The host Ana is a great communicator and made everything easy and was readily accessible. If you’re looking to check out the area and be close to Gatlinburg, this is perfect for a couple! Hot tub was great as well, even end of summer!!

This was a fantastic stay. Everything they said about the place was accurate. Very clean. Has everything you need for a nice vacation. Very close to many areas like Gatlinburg, pigeon Forge, Sevierville and smoky Mountains national Park but at the same time giving you the privacy of like you’re in the middle of a forest. I would definitely rent this place again. The owner Ana was very attentive to our needs.

Felt like home when we first walked in! Decorations were adorable and cute which matched the romance theme. Kitchen had everything you need! Extra coffee and creamer. Games to play on a rainy day or a puzzle. Shuffle board was so much fun! We are both competitive and turned it into a fun drinking game. Hot tub was a great touch for the end of the relaxation after hiking all day. We did not use the heart tub but will next time. Overall I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away amd have no worries! Thanks again Ana!!!

Trip was great! So relaxing cabin is very unique and comfortable! You have two decks to enjoy. The master suite bedroom is on the bottom floor and as advertised it is the “Relaxation Zone”, amazing hot tub is on the lower deck too. We spend our days shopping and our evenings at this wonderful retreat. The host is amazing! Hope to return in late 2026 or 2027!
