Very comfortable spot with upgraded rooms and decor. Location was a good spot to go to all the places we went that weekend, but the area was a little sketch. Would definitely stay there again

The apartment had mice I reached out nobody responded I sent pics of the mice I caught host never responded. The water kept getting cold after 5 minutes in the bathroom and the kitchen. Balcony door didn’t lock and it’s not a balcony it’s a fire escape. Yes the bed really are low like they come up to the ankle. Definitely NOT worth the price! The area was ok they were doing construction next door train is a 10-15 minute walk

The fire/emergency exit can be properly closed, and we’ve added a video link in the check-in instructions showing how to do this. Our team also sealed the unit to prevent further entry, and no similar issues have been reported since. We appreciate your feedback to help improve the experience for future guests
