Situé à Barre Circle, notre immense maison double est située dans le centre-ville de Baltimore, à seulement 4 pâtés de maisons des principales chaînes hôtelières. C'est l'endroit idéal pour des événements sociaux, des réunions ou des voyages d'affaires. Vous pouvez facilement marcher jusqu'à UMB, UMMC, le port intérieur, le centre des congrès, le stade Ravens, le casino Horseshoe, le théâtre Hippodrome, le stade Orioles, la gare Camden du train MARC, l'aquarium national et de nombreuses autres attractions de Baltimore.

Maison spacieuse et moderne unique en son genre avec de grands espaces de vie, 5 chambres à coucher, 3 1/2 salles de bains et un immense espace extérieur. De plus, vous avez accès à un joli parc en diagonale de la maison. La photographie et certaines des œuvres d'art de la maison ont été créées par Luis, le propriétaire, et le tout est à vendre.

Vue d'ensemble du voisinage:
Composé de plus de 160 maisons, Barre Circle est un charmant et historique quartier de maisons en briques des années 1840 aux années 1980. Les maisons sont généralement des maisons en rangée de briques de deux et trois étages. De nombreuses rénovations et jardins intéressants peuvent être trouvés ici; de nombreuses maisons ont de grandes arrière-cours et le quartier a deux grands espaces communs.

Se déplacer:
Nous sommes littéralement à 2 pâtés de maisons de UMB, à 300 mètres du palais des congrès et du stade Orioles, à 3 km du stade Ravens et du casino Horseshoe, à moins de 1,6 km du port intérieur. Les principales chaînes hôtelières telles que Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, etc. sont à 4 pâtés de maisons de notre maison. Les arrêts de bus publics commencent un demi-pâté de maisons. La maison se trouve à proximité des trains MARC et Amtrak, du train léger sur rail, du Water Taxi de Baltimore, du Baltimore Bike Share et du Baltimore City Circulator.

Convention visit

We had a great stay - the property was an easy walk from the convention center & Camden Yards. It was clean, well-stocked, and had comfortable beds.

Wonderful home and excellent location

This home is in an excellent location for walking to the stadiums, inner harbor, and various museums. More than enough room for sleeping arrangements! We had 10 in our party and we still had room to sleep 7 or 8 more. The cleaning crew was still there upon on check in due to the previous party leaving late, so I feel like they rushed to get the house ready for us (which we appreciate) but the house wasn’t cleaned as thorough as at should have been, but that was not their fault. Overall a very pleasant experience, no issues, and even the little open field steps from the house was a fun spot for the kids to play. You should mention that in the listing! Thank you again!

Beautiful home

It was my first time in Baltimore, I’m glad me and my family booked this house!!!! It’s was very clean and spacious. The communication with the owner was excellent. No complaints ! We will be booking with him again!!

Great stay overall - house was perfect for our group! The corner that the place is on can be a bit sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues walking around the area and mostly were ubering anyway. House was as advertised.

Great place, central location, and WONDERFUL owner!

House is enormous and perfect for walking to Camden Yards or M&T Bank Stadium. We had a family reunion with 17 people enjoying dinner together. There was plenty of space to sleep. The owner was wonderful and answered any questions within minutes via a simple text (and was willing to get on a voice call if we needed it). About as good as it gets!

Great Place

I had no issues staying at this place over Labor Day weekend. The check in process was very easy and the property manager was responsive to all messages. The place is perfect for larger groups, has plenty of space and is located in which there is easy access to the inner harbor and stadiums.

Just my opinions

Overall the experience there was good. Also with communicating with any problems we had at the house they came right over. The house is very nice and potential to be even better with just a little more TLC. More colors in the bathrooms to brighten it up. Also changing the couches out and adding a television to each floor so you don’t have to stay downstairs.

The BOMB!!!

I would recommend this property for anyone planning to visit the Baltimore area. The Host was AWESOME!!! A+ for communication, all of my questions were answered promptly and very detailed, nothing was left out in regards to our stay. The property was just as it was it listed. BIG AND BEAUTIFUL.. I literally got lost in all the space LOL... We all really enjoyed our time at this property, and will definitely rent from this Host again!!!!! THANKS

Great location From where to explore the city

This is an excellent location. We could easily walk to the aquarium and drive to every point of interest that was farther away. Spacious house and Helpful amenities. Everything was as described with very clear instructions regarding the stay.

Baltimore experience

This was my first trip to Baltimore and I was concerned we wouldn’t be close enough to the action. This home was perfectly located. The neighborhood felt safe. The home was clean and spacious. We loved our stay.

Great house, great location

The house is very large and the bedrooms are very roomy. More than enough room for a large family to spread out. The location is great and close to the harbor, restaurants and shops. Plenty of parking and the owner was very responsive. I can go on and on and can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our visit.

property manager was decent however vrbo was complicaated

It was pretty nice and roomy for the family. We originally booked for 9adults and 9 children however due to the pandemic there was only 4 adults and 6 children. hopefully vrbo would not find an excuse to refund is for the people that did not come since they were giving us the run around

Tons of room, close to the stadiums and conv center

There is room for a lot of people. Property is nicely updated. Beds are new. Easy walk to the stadiums and convention center. Would stay there again. Manager is very responsive.

Perfect for a large gathering!

If you are looking for a large place for friends and family to gather, this is the one. Our family came together from all over the northeast for a graduation and found the house perfect for dinners and just hanging out. We hosted a small party which the house handled well-- easy access to the small park behind the house was perfect for lawn games. We went to an Orioles game, which was an easy 10 minute walk, and each day we walked the 20 minutes to Inner Harbor, a really fun place to explore. We definitely will be coming back!

Great location for getting around town

We we here 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious, clean and has all the amenities you need, including kitchenware. We particularly enjoyed being so close to the Inner Harbor area. Check in and out were a breeze. The owner was quick to reply to any questions, including helpful recommendations for restaurants where we could celebrate a birthday. Having use of the parking passes was a really nice bonus, (plus there are garages nearby, if you bring more than 2 cars). We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Great locale for University Of Maryland School of Medicine

A colleague and I were able to rent this huge house at the last minute , (we had a last minute cancellation of our original rental due to the ac malfunctioning). Place is clean, plenty of space and modern functioning amenities. And the ac was beautiful during a recent heat wave in July. Easy to chat with owner. Recommend if you are a large group and want to walk to venues.

Great for large groups

House was very comfortable. Plenty of space for the 7 adults and 1 infant in our group since the house has enough beds to sleep 20. Kitchen has everything you would need for meal preparation. Gabriella was so easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Baltimore.

Superb!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb’s myself or my group has ever stayed in. We were in town for a wedding and rented this home. So much cheaper than hotel rooms. This home is HUGE and we each had our own room. We all had a bed to sleep on too which has been very uncommon during my Airbnb stays with groups larger than 8! Their home could have easily slept 20 of us comfortably in a bed if need be. The home was very modern and had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen with the modern appliances was great too as we all cooked breakfast one morning. It’s in a great area near the convention center. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to the and felt safe. The home is also next to Camden Yards and the Ravens Stadium. Our group is already talking about coming back up for the next Ravens game and we will be renting this home! Loved the Place!

dont rent this

They tried keeping the security deposit for a hole in the wall that was on the wall already when we arrived and I notified her of it and dirty cigars all over the place when we arrived then tried to charge us for smoking. Air conditioner broke down and it was 90 degrees in the home. will never rent here again.
