It was nice and clean. Very spacious. Great location. Close to several things in walking distance. The only thing to keep in mind is if you have a vehicle the parking is only free during certain hours if you park near the building. There may be parking that is free further away, but I’m not sure. I would definitely stay here again.

The property owners are easily accessible and quick to reply, great communication all week. The spot is in a great location. It’s very clean and comfortable and is much bigger than the pictures show. Very happy with my stay!

The room was great! Very nice- quiet, comfortable. Having the AC, fans, washing unit and dishwasher such was wonderful lol. Lots of closet space. The only issues we had were the lack of toaster (rip our bagels LOL) and an uncomfortable conversation with a patron trying to get into the neighboring building, but overall it was a nice spot to stay at and I’d definitely recommend. Was very clean, open, comfy and close to everything. Any communication with the host was SPOT on. Quick responses and incredibly helpful. (: thank you again for hosting our stay! 3

Perfect for my Business Visit

This stay was perfect for my needs. A short drive or scooter ride to my destination at the Inner Harbor. Dining close by and a quiet relaxing environment. After working during the day it felt good to arrive my temp home for the week.

My friend and I can hear for her birthday and to go to the Ravens game! The place was clean and super spacious! She slept on the bed and I slept on the couch and both were comfy! I felt very safe! The neighbors were kind of noisy but overall it was a great weekend! I would definitely stay here again!

Walking distance to almost everything

Host was very helpful with providing parking and communicating how to enter property. The apartment was very clean! The location was prefect for accessing downtown without having to pay for parking buildings rates.

Good stay with such a big house

We planned to stay here to visit our son who studies JHU. Just before our visit a home accident occured and we had to shortened our stay. Home owner accepted our demand and pay back us the shortened period fee. We appreciated that. The house is well furnished and well equipped. It was clean and all kind of hygenic materials are there. Next time visit i absolutely will stay here..

Great location for families!

This property was amazingly clean and conveniently located. Our family enjoyed staying at this property and exploring the city of Baltimore. Free parking was easily accessible. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood to local restaurants and attractions. We walked to most major attractions during our visit. Our teenage son ran each morning and said he felt safe running and found great running routes throughout the city.The major drawback was some of the furniture. There are not two queen beds as described. In the photos, a Murphy bed is shown; however, there is a pullout couch. Had I known this, I would have rented a different property. The sofa in the living room felt like you were going to fall off of it; the cushions slanted forward. The wifi was also slow; it made it difficult to watch TV and work on my computer. Again, the property was super clean and is in a great location. If you only need one bed, it would be a wonderful place to stay.

Location- Super cute property that is within walking distance of so many great sightseeing, shopping, and eating places. Comfort- I usually have back pain after sleeping somewhere new but the mattress was perfect and the sheets were extra soft. The property was clean and for the price absolutely unbeatable.Check-in- I didn’t receive check-in information until 30 minutes before check-in and it seemed likely only because I called. Even though I told the host when I would arrive, they were not available to let me into the property upon arrival. Luckily, I only had t wait outside for about 5 minutes to get that resolved.Check-out - no instructions were given for check out and I was unable to find anything that gave any information while in the rental. I did my best to tidy up but something with check out instructions would have been helpfulOverall communication could have been better. No WiFi information was posted and when I asked, it was about 4 hours before I received a response. I was sent a photo of a frame with the information that looked as though it once had been sitting on the tv stand. I let the host know that the frame with information was no longer there. Despite what I considered minor communication inconveniences that the host can easily rectify, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this location.
