Pigtown’s Charm is located walking distance from Canton yards M&T Stadium, University of Maryland Baltimore convention Center just a few. It is a five minute drive to any of these locations if you prefer, parking as a challenge walking as recommended.
The Space:

There are 2 staircases
1-staircase leads to the 2nd floor bedrooms (2-queen size beds) and bathroom.
2nd staircase leads to the basement, (one queen size sofa), bed, half a bath, laundry room, and workspace.
-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, pots pan, baking dishes etc.
-2 night minimum
-4guests are included in the reservation. If you plan on having more guests, you are required to register any guest up to 6 there would be a price difference. You’ll be able to see the comparison when you book your reservation if any unregistered guests show up your reservation will be canceled. Please do not risk it.
-Free Parking
There is one assigned parking spot for a small vehicle in the rear end of the home and free street parking on first come first serve basis make sure to read the street signs.
-Absolutely no smoking or paraphernalia inside the home $500 cleaning fee.
-VIVINT home security system, guest will have access to located in the front of the house. There is an outside rear camera and a doorbell camera in the front.
-Children are always welcome. No extra charge for up to four children under 17 accompanied by parents. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children, especially when we’re going up and down the stairs. There is no door leading to the downstairs basement which is located in the living room room this can be very dangerous for toddlers learning how to walk.

Pigtown also known as Washington Village the name dates back to the late 1800s when pigs were headed through the streets on the way to the slaughterhouse. Today Pigtown is one of the most culturally and economically diverse neighborhoods in Baltimore local walking businesses range from sports bars to craft stores and renewed tattoo parlors, it is also the home to the annual pig town festival a September Block, party featuring delicious food and live music.
There is no party inside or outside the home and not loitering on the street Block property manager will show up at any hour to cancel your state if the authorities are called due to loud noise or partying do not risk being evicted and losing your money in the middle of the night.
