The space
You are renting a 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom apartment at the BeachWalk resort in Hallandale.

Enjoy a fully equipped, modern open-plan kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ocean views, and panoramic windows. Everything you need to cook and dine comfortably at home is provided. Includes dishwasher, wine fridge , and ice maker high tech digital fridge.

The master suite features a king-size bed with breathtaking ocean views, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. It includes a flat-screen TV and direct access to the balcony.

Second Bedroom
This cozy room includes a full-size bed, flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and ocean/Intracoastal views. It also has a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Third Bedroom:
Furnished with a full-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom that also has access from the living area. Enjoy both ocean and Intracoastal views from this bedroom.

A stylish and comfortable area with a table for up to 10 guests, perfect for shared meals, game nights, or casual conversation.

For your convenience, a private washer and dryer are available in the unit - ideal for longer stays or beach-heavy days.

🏖️ Beach Service:
Includes 2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella per unit, available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (weather permitting). The designated beach area is about a 5-minute walk from the building (the resort is not directly on the beach). Show your Beachwalk wristband or room key to the attendant. Service is first-come, first-served with limited availability during peak hours.

🚌 Shuttle Service to the Beach:
Available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, running every 15 to 20 minutes.

🏊 Pool:
A waterfront oasis overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway with a spacious sundeck, loungers, and tropical landscaping. Perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or relaxing from sunrise to sunset.

A bright and modern fitness center equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and strength-training equipment. Large windows provide natural light for a clean, energizing workout environment.

🐜 Local Environment:
Due to Miami’s tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. The unit is professionally treated, and guests are advised to keep doors closed to reduce the chance of intrusion.
Other things to note
At check in the hotel will charge $30 resort fee plus tax PER DAY. This is one daily rate for all guests staying in the unit.
In addition to this a $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card which will be refunded after your check out.
