Newly renovated (June 2025)! Bright studio with Queen bed plus Full & Twin in bonus sleep rooms (76â ceilings). Perfect for familiesâkids get their own space at a fraction of hotel costs. Enjoy cool breezes at 1,070 ft elevation, a covered patio, and private backyard. Includes washer/dryer, beach gear (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel set). Just 3.5 miles (7 min) from airport. Fully furnished, move-in readyâideal for travel nurses, professionals & remote workers. Monthly discounts! Close to beaches, golf, Costco, and dining.
Youâll have the entire first floor of the house to yourself with a private entrance. The second floor is a completely separate unit with its own entrance. Guests have a covered patio, and backyard. Laundry area is shared with the upstairs unit.
But Washer and dryer are in building's public shared space.

At 1,070 ft elevation, our home enjoys cool evenings and gentle mountain breezesâoften much more comfortable than the lower-elevation downtown area. With this pleasant climate, thereâs no need for AC; ceiling and floor fans are provided.
Beach Supplies:
Weâre happy to provide a beach umbrella, 3 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, and one snorkel set for you to enjoy during your stay. Please use them responsibly and at your own risk. By using these items, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur.
Quiet Hours:
Kailua-Kona has a noise curfew between the hours of 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and let the sounds of the island carry you to sleep.
Note: A violation of this rule may result in a fine of up to $200.
HOUSE RULES
No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or any tobacco use is strictly prohibited indoors.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Shoes Off: Please remove your shoes when entering the house.
No Parties or Events: No parties or gatherings are allowed. If neighbors are disturbed, the police may be called, and fines may be assessed.
Report Damages: Please inform us immediately of any damages that occur during your stay.
Dishes & Cleanup: Before checkout, please clean used dishes, pots, and pans.
TRASH DISPOSAL
Place all trash in the designated bin located in the east side of the garage. There is no recycling on the island, so treat all waste as trash.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
No Commercial Use: Photography or videography for commercial purposes is not allowed without prior approval.
Lock Up: Ensure all doors locked and windows are open when leaving.
Other Things to Note:
âą We also ask that the number of guests matches your reservation. If you arrive with more guests than originally booked, please notify the host immediately. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse check-in.
