The welcoming tall ceilings and abundance of natural light, along with super spacious open floor plans, will help your group feel the perfect balance of privacy and community with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen area features very comfortable bar stool seating areas! All cooking utensils are already placed in the home making it easy to dine in!



We have a large flat screen TV in the living room as well as additional tv's in the bedrooms.



Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!



Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all

provided.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Smart lock entry ensures seamless arrival.

Vanderbilt neighborhood. One of the safest long standing neighborhoods in town.

Located in the Belmont/12 South area, close to Belmont University, Vanderbilt, Music Row, and downtown Nashville. Guests are surrounded by boutique shops, coffee houses, and some of the city’s best dining and nightlife



Getting Around:

- By Foot: Walk to local cafés, restaurants, and shops in 12 South.

- By Car: Parking available; Uber/Lyft widely accessible for quick trips downtown.

- Nearby: Easy access to major roads, Geodis Park, and Nashville’s entertainment districts.
