À propos de cet hébergement

Nous sommes un complexe de condo en front de mer sur la section No Drive de New Smyrna Beach. Notre condo est un 2-2-2; deux chambres, deux salles de bain et deux vues magnifiques. L'une des rares unités à Point East avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan du sud et du nord. Les vues depuis les chambres, le balcon et le couloir sont impressionnantes. l'un vibrant et vivant, l'autre plus tranquille. Cette unité peut accueillir 6 personnes (1 roi, 1 complet, 2 jumeaux).
Venez profiter d'un balcon privé pour le café du matin tout en profitant du lever du soleil ou dégustez un cocktail à l'ombre tout en profitant de la vue sur l'océan. Cuisine entièrement équipée, beaucoup de draps, serviettes, chaises de plage, jouets de plage et articles divers pour rendre votre séjour confortable et pratique. Internet sans fil et une grande télévision à écran plat. L'unité a été fraîchement peinte et mise à jour partout.
Sur le terrain, des salles d'activités privées sont disponibles pour des réunions en petit groupe. (Cartes, réunions, rassemblements sociaux). Le complexe propose une pataugeoire séparée, une piscine chauffée, un jeu de palets, un grand barbecue à gaz et une cabane club house ouverte où vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur l'océan depuis l'ombre. Le clubhouse est assez grand pour réserver une réunion de famille ou même une réception de mariage!
Nous sommes à quelques pas d'un parc récemment rénové avec des aires de pique-nique, du racquetball, du basket-ball, des terrains de handball et une aire de jeux pour les enfants.
Nous sommes à une distance de marche d'une épicerie, d'un dépanneur, de restaurants, etc. magasins et un magasin de crème glacée. Faites un tour court à des dizaines de restaurants raffinés et de restaurants décontractés, ainsi que de boutiques et de soins de spa au Flagler Ave et au centre-ville de Canal Street. New Smyrna Beach a été élue «meilleure petite ville pour les arts et la meilleure communauté de plage!
De plus, nous sommes à seulement 45 minutes de Cape Canaveral et à une heure des parcs thématiques de Disney et d’autres attractions touristiques à Orlando.

Best Family Condo!

We will absolutely stay at this condo again! Can not beat the location. Going down to the beach was a breeze and the pool is great as well. The entire complex is well taken care of and the office manager was so friendly and very helpful. Everything you could possibly need when staying with kiddos is there. TVs have all the streaming networks, wifi, plenty of towels and hooks to hang them, plenty of storage drawers in both bedrooms, hangers in closets, a laundry basket, plates/utensils/cups/salt/pepper/seasonings/cleaning supplies/paper towels/toilet paper, even a beach closet with toys/chairs/umbrella! The pots and pans are in like new condition! There's nothing worse than renting a condo with pans that are clearly years past their prime, especially when your kiddos want scrambled eggs every morning. Appliances are in excellent condition. The only super picky negative is the bedrooms do not have room darkening shades/curtains, but bring a sleep mask and you're good. The "kids room" is definitely darker than the master. All the beds are super comfortable! Long story short, the owners of this property have CLEARLY taken excellent care and take great pride in this condo. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Amazing Family Vacation

Truly a ‘home away from home’ experience! Colleen ensures the condo is clean and comfortable for those staying there! My family and I felt well taken care of and safe staying here. By 10am families are enjoying their time at the beautiful pool or on the amazing beaches! 100% recommend and will try and stay here in the future!!

Perfect beach vacation

Fantastic stay! Beautiful view, warm pool (even on a cool day), steps from ocean, spacious condo stocked with everything you would need. Comfortable beds and cute beachy decor. Lots to see and do in the area even if you don’t want to visit the big parks. The host was super responsive. We highly recommend!!

Awesome property

This condo was probably the best condo we have rented. The unit was clean, updated, and felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed how Point East wasn't huge and crowded. The unit had what we needed and then some. Communication was great. We want to go back already!

Lovely unit with view of the beach. Loved the room with bunk beds and twin. Perfect for 3 kids. Kitchen is well-equipped. Great communication with owner.

The condo was as described and pictured. The unit looked like it was recently updated with nice kitchen applianes, although we didn’t cook, we could have. The host readily answered any questions I had before checking in. I would definately recommend this unit.

A Little Slice of Beach Heaven

We found this condo to be exactly as described and better. The location was perfect for us, and the amenities just right! Being a beach lover myself and living 3 miles from a NJ beach, I appreciated every aspect of being right on the beach. My grandkids loved both pools and the ocean! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit from Colleen and Peter, the BEST!

Amazing stay at the beach.

Place was very clean and very well kept up. We had a problem with the Internet, and the host was very quick to reply. The only thing I'd recommend is if you plan on doing laundry to plan on sourcing some quarters before you get there. The complex doesn't offer any way to get quarters, and the 7/11 across the street can only give you $2 in quarters, which will get you one load. Other then that it was perfect.

Wonderful Trip

The condo was exactly as depicted in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities for cooking in the kitchen for the days we didn't want to eat out. There were coolers for packing a lunch and sand chairs and umbrellas available for the beach. There are plenty of things to do and plenty of restaurants around making it a great location. Easy access to the beach and supermarkets. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

Holiday getaway on the water while visiting relatives

Lovely host! Kitchen super stocked! Location perfect for us. Pool and pavilion with tables and lots of chairs. I don’t love the sand, but I love the water so it was nice to sit on the pool deck with the water right there. LOVE the decor and the colors. It was like the sand and the oceab the way the walls were painted (not sure that was planned) nothing negative to say if I wanted to. Colleen our host even sent us a Happy Thanksgiving message which made us smile. You can tell they care about their home and their renters.

Great condo!

We enjoyed staying here! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great water-pressure in showers, working ice machine, well-stocked kitchen (cutlery, dishes, pots/pans etc). Colleen quickly responded to questions/messages. We hope to come back!

Fabulous 4th of July!

What a fabulous week we had! My son was home from the Navy and this vacation spot was perfect for us to relax and enjoy some fun in the sun with family and friends. Condo was very clean, and nicely decorated with coastal decor touches. Everything was quite comfy, with nice cool a/c after hot days at the beach. Great pool and community area as well. Visiting over July 4th was just amazing with fireworks right on the beach - wow!! Colleen was thorough about communicating all we needed to know, and easy to contact with any questions. Even left a thoughtful gift bag for us on arrival. 😊 Condo is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants. Loved it!!!

Perfect vacation

We have been staying at Point East for 12 years. Colleen's condo was the perfect fit for our family of 6. The multiple beds in the 2nd bedroom was just what we needed for our 4 kids. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for our 12 days.

After fifteen years of dreaming, we feel so blessed to have found our home away from home. We have vacationed in New Smyrna Beach with our family for a decade and love the small beach town community, restaurants, shops and beautiful white sand beach it offers. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Nothing better than New Smyrna Beach. It's the best kept secret outside of local counties. This property is perfect for our snow birds in the winter months and provides great family fun for all, the rest of the year.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

While we are on the no drive beach, we are still close to Flagler Ave boutiques, shops, spas and restaurants. We are walking distance to C's Waffles, So Napa Restaurant and S'mores Ice Cream and Coffee shop.

A few steps on the beach to the south and you will find a quiet strip of beach, yet a few steps to the north and you will find Chase's on the Beach and a beach teeming with activity.

There are weekly activities calendars for seniors during winter months and the senior community has a great time together.

During the summer months, it is an ideal vacation for families with all the water activities you can imagine available nearby. Additionally, there is boat parking upon request.
