The house has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. You can see that the owner has put a lot of effort into it. The house is small but perfectly serves its purpose. The location is excellent for reaching Miami's attractions. We also liked that K-Cup coffee capsules were provided.

It was a nice place don’t get me wrong and it’s right in beteeen everythg but we had several little issues. First being his knifes and scissors. The scissors were broken which wasn’t a huge deal because he has knifes but the knife set that’s there is very unsafe. It doesn’t cut right at all it cuts at an angle i almost cut my finger off 3 different times trying to use it when opening stuff/cooking and i was just very frustrated by that so id recommend bringing your own. Second, the water pressure kind of sucks. In the main bathroom it doesn’t get hot until you’re in the shower for more than 15 minutes and in the bedroom bathroom it’s very touchy it either gets freezing cold or scolding hot there’s really no in between. Third, being the pans he has. If you’re looking to cook with absolutely anything in the oven i’d recommend bringing your own pans there’s none you can use for anything in the oven we had to improvise which was fine just again frustrating cause it’s advertised as if these things are provided. Lastly, being the cracks in the doors. The doors both the back and front shut all the way but there’s tiny cracks at the bottom where you can tell the doors don’t fit and we had issues with different bugs several different days. Communication is great and it’s overall a good place to stay if you’re looking to go alone or go just with a friend or s/o but i do agree it’s not a family friendly neighborhood and not the best place to go if you have more than 3 people going.

This property was a major disappointment and did not match the listing in several important ways.First, the space is misrepresented. It is advertised to accommodate up to 10 guests, but in reality it is much smaller and extremely cramped, making it uncomfortable and impractical for that number. Several advertised amenities, including bottled water and basic seasonings, were also not provided.Cleanliness was a serious issue. The bed sheets did not appear to be freshly washed and had visible fur and white stains. This is completely unacceptable for a paid stay. We have dog and dust mite allergies, and as a result, our child experienced a significant allergic reaction, which made the situation even more concerning.There were additional hygiene and maintenance problems:* Dirt on the shower floor* A broken toilet seat* A noticeable urine odor coming from the living room couchThese are basic standards that should be met but were clearly neglected.The location was also not suitable for a family stay. There was frequent police activity, and the neighborhood did not feel safe. Based on our experience, it appears to be a high-crime area and not appropriate for families with young children.Overall, this property fails on accuracy, cleanliness, and safety. If you are traveling with kids or expecting a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented space, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations, but several points in this review are inaccurate and misleading for future guests. The home and sleeping arrangements are clearly shown in the listing photos and description, which were professionally taken and accurately reflect the layout and capacity. Many groups of similar size have stayed comfortably without issue. Cleanliness is taken very seriously. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every check-in. We have no records or evidence of unclean linens, stains, or the conditions described. Had this been reported during your stay, we would have addressed it immediately. Regarding amenities, the listing does not advertise items such as bottled water or specific seasonings as guaranteed supplies. Maintenance items like the toilet seat or any cleanliness concerns were not brought to our attention during your stay, giving us no opportunity to resolve them in real time. Comments about the neighborhood are subjective and outside of our control. The property is located in a central Miami area, as clearly disclosed, and many guests enjoy its proximity to major attractions.
