This spotless newly renovated 3BR/2BA home home features a large private pool, fully fenced backyard and patio, flat top propane grill, outdoor shower, cozy daybed, and two chaise lounge chairs—all wrapped in a relaxed tropical vibe.

We are centrally located and just minutes from Florida’s most stunning beaches: Indian Shores, Madeira Beach, Redington, Indian Rocks Beach, St. Pete Beach, and Clearwater Beach. Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Gulfport are all a short drive.

☀ Pool Heating - If you’d like to add pool heating, please request it at least one week in advance. The cost is $35 per day, invoiced separately.

☀ We personally deep clean our home in between guests so you can rest assured knowing that you will be staying in a very clean and cozy home.

☀ We are locally owned and operated. If this property is booked, we do have another house nearby so reach out to get the listing information.

By booking this house, you acknowledge and agree that the use of all services, facilities, and amenities (including, but not limited to, the pool, the BBQ grill, etc.) is at your own risk. You also agree that any violation of the house rules or Pinellas County Short Term Rental Ordinances will result in immediately termination of your reservation along with no refund + a $1,500 violation fee.

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire house and backyard is accessible to guests and private. Garage access is NOT available. It is a converted bedroom.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- The house has a four-car driveway. Please park in the driveway. Please do not park in or on the grass. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is also available street parking. No more than 4 cars are allowed on the property. Boat, RV, or Trailer parking must be requested.

- Beach items are provided (2 chairs, 1 beach towel per person, 1 beach umbrella and 1 small coolers).

- AVAILBLE by request - Pack and play, a Graco Convertible high chair, and/or a stand-alone high chair. We do have a 2nd pack and play if needed and available. Please reach out as soon as you book and let us know if you need any of these items as we keep them at another location. Linens are NOT provided.

- This is a NOT a pet friendly home. If pets/animals are brought without approval, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.

- For stays longer than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee will be accessed (+$100). For stays longer than 14 days, a deep clean will be required (+$200).

- Photo ID matching guest name and signed rental agreement required for all bookings. Renter must be 21+ to book.
