Tucked in a quiet neighborhood along the South River, this two-bedroom cottage is just a short stroll to the beach and walking distance to local favorites like the ice cream stand, Bridgeway restaurant, Voyage, and charming shops.



Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms: a king in the primary and two twins in the second, perfect for families or friends. A full bathroom with a handheld showerhead adds convenience.



The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and full-size fridge. Dine indoors at the table for four, gather at the island for casual bites, or take your meals outside to the decks overlooking the river.



The living room invites you to unwind with comfortable seating and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. Central air keeps the cottage cool all summer, and a washer/dryer in the basement makes longer stays easy.



Outdoor living is just as inviting: rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day, fire up the gas grill for dinner, and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the front or back deck as the river drifts by.

Don't worry about accidental damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee of up to $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property, including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800, will be covered at no charge to you as long as the damage is reported to your host before you depart.
